For reservations of more than 7 nights, a weekly cleaning of the apartment is included.



For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:

1. You will need to sign a rental contract

2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 175 EUR.
