Spectacular brand new apartment, hung from the sea in the center of Malaga on the promenade of the malagueta, next to the Pompidou Centre, 10 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral of Malaga.
The apartment is on the 13th floor of a building with 14 completely renovated, so it is in perfect condition.
Its 2 rooms (with TV and air conditioning), one with double bed and the other with 2 trundle beds (4 beds) are oriented to the sea.
Bathroom fully equipped with shower cabin, living room with smart TV, air conditioning, sofa bed, large terrace and with the kitchen integrated in it.
Free WIFI
All designed for the delight, enjoyment and maximum comfort of the tenants.

Great Location!

We were 5 Ladies staying for a long weekend and we couldn't fault the apartment or the location. Its right across from the beach and only a 5 minute walk to the port and a 20 minute walk into the centre. The apartment is clean and fully air conditioned and had everything we needed for our short stay.Thanks for a lovely stay and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Bright, Spacious, Great Location - Private Underground Parking!

Place was lovely, spacious and clean. Location amazing. The patio was a great spot to enjoy the ocean, sun and views. Would stay again! Designated underground parking is available. Please note, as with all parking in Spain, the garage is narrow and the turns required, to get to the parking spot, are tricky. Not a complaint but, just for information. Having designated parking is huge bonus in this popular beach area.

Was ein Ausblick...

Das Erste, das beim Betreten des Appartements ins Auge sticht, ist der atemberaubende Ausblick auf die Bucht von Malagueta und das Meer. Wir haben jeden Minute, die wir auf dem Balkon verbringen konnten, genossen. Das Appartement hat eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe und ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben jede Nacht hervorragend bei geöffnetem Fenster geschlafen. Die Lage hĂ€tte besser nicht sein können, direkt am Meer und fusslĂ€ufig zur Altstadt von Malaga und dem Hafen mit seiner VergnĂŒgungsmeile Muelle Uno. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung war schnell, einfach und immer hilfreich. Wir können das Appartement fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt in Malaga nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Host is a bully and rude

Host is a bully and rude. I booked 4-5 vrbo on the Spain trip. Two of them took payment outside of vrbo. 1 of them took full payment upfront. 2 of them, including his host, took partial payment upfront. The ones that took partial payment, took the rest of the payment before giving the keys to the apartment. 3.5 months after my trip, this host sends a payment request. At first I thought my account got hacked and it is fraud. But the payment request persisted. I requested some time to review all my bank transactions to ensure I have not already paid. Host constantly got rude and started threatening to report me and write negative reviews. While I was on the business trip, she reviewed me, even after I told her to give me some time o review my transactions. She is just a bully and blames me for her mistakes.

Malaga stay

Perfectly located for easy access to the beach, the marina, the old town and the sights. Everything was an easy walk away. The taxis service at the airport is very efficient and the journey to the apartment cost us €25/€30 euros each way. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. You get sun on the balcony on the morning, and shade the rest of the day. The apartment building is well maintained, spotless and has a lift. I would absolutely book to stay here again.

Excellent location to experience malaga centre

Very clean and secure entrance to apartments. Apartment itself has stunning sea view which gets the morning run. Well equiped for home cooking. The decor is just as you see in the pictures. Stayed with another couple there was plenty of room. 2 minute walk to the port. Then you are 5 minutes through the gardens and right at the heart of the old town. Will be going back to Malaga and would definately stat here again. Great value.

This stay was above and beyond what I expected and the perfect fit for our trip! We totally fell in love with the patio and view over the beach, even brought back fresh meats, cheese, fruits, and bread from the Malaga central market for a picnic on the porch. The location was accessible for central Malaga as well, only 10-15 minute walk. The apartment had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Super Wohnung mit Meerblick und zentraler Lage

Insgesamt sehr gut. Ein der Besten Ferienwohnungen die wir je hatten. Von der KĂŒche aus toller Meerblick. Auch am Abend auf der Terrasse echt traumhaft. Im 13ten Stock auch kein MĂŒckenproblem. Im Haus sehr ruhig. Direkt unterhalb der Wohnung ist eine Einbahnstraße mit wenig Verkehr. Die 4-spurige Hauptstraße ist weiter vorne und hört man von dieser Wohnung wenig. Wir haben oft mit offenem Fenster geschlafen. Am Morgen gegen 07:30 Uhr kamen die "Strandputzer" und machten etwas LĂ€rm. Super Ausstattung der Wohnung und KĂŒche. Sogar HandtĂŒcher, StrandhandtĂŒcher, 2 Sonnenschirme und 2 StĂŒhle fĂŒr den Strand waren da. Am Strand selbst hat man damit kostenlosen Aufenthalt und muss sich nicht teure Strandliegen mit Schirm anmieten. Netter Spaziergang zum Hafen und in die City in wenigen Minuten. Echt super Wohnung. Am letzten Tag mussten wir noch fĂŒr eine Nacht in die andere Wohnung vom Vermieter. Diese befindet sich ebenfalls im 13ten Stock, aber im vorderen Bereich (anderer Eingang) zur Hauptstraße. Der Umzug an sich war kein Problem, da wir dies vorher wussten und sonst die Wohnung gar nicht bekommen hĂ€tten. Dieser andere Wohnung ist von der Ausstattung gleich, aber die Lage an der 4-spurigen Straße deutlich schlechter. Wesentlich lauter und kein angenehmer Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon. Meist nur mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Eine Nacht kein Problem, aber fĂŒr eine Woche oder lĂ€nger auf jedenfall nur diese hier bewertete Wohnung Objekt 1928701 buchen. Preislich war diese Wohnung fĂŒr unser Budget am Limit (2000 Euro fĂŒr 10 Tage). Der zunĂ€chst ausgehandelte Preisnachlass fĂŒr den letzten Umzugstag in die andere Wohnung kam nicht zustande. Der Vermieter hatte damit auch doppelten Stress und Reinigungskosten. DafĂŒr konnten wir am Anreisetag schon um 11 Uhr in die Wohnung. Unser Gesamturteil = TOP

Ich war mit drei Freundinnen da. Es gab ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und zwei Decken, aber zusammen gestellt, und ein Zimmer mit einem großen Bett und einer Decke fĂŒr zwei Personen. In jedem Zimmer gab es zwei riesen SchrĂ€nke. ZusĂ€tzlich hĂ€tte man das Sofa glaube ich noch ausziehen können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, mehrfach gekocht und die Wasch- und SpĂŒlmaschine angeschmissen. Ein Highlight ist sicherlich der Balkon mit der schönen Aussicht, da die Wohnung im 13. Stock liegt. Einmal ĂŒber die Straße, ist dort direkt der Strand. Ins Stadtzentrum lĂ€uft man dann ca. 15 min. Viel Spaß bei Ihrem Aufenthalt :-)

Tolle Wohnung mit Mega-Aussicht

Erstklassiges Appartment mit traumhafter Aussicht, alles genau wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist schön möbliert und gut ausgerĂŒstet. Sehr gutes W-Lan und alles ist in gutem Zustand. Das Zentrum der Stadt ist fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar und gleich um die Ecke hat es einen Supermarkt, wo man gut einkaufen kann. Die Besitzerin ist gut per Mail erreichbar (gutes Englisch) und hat uns auch am letzten Tag ein Taxi kommen lassen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung ihr Geld wert.

Mesmerizing Mediterranean view

This is our regular pied-Ă -terre in wonderful Malaga. We love the apartment for its incredible view, confort, and proximity to everything Malaga has to offer. You are literally two steps away from the Malagueta beach, Chiringuitos, and Muelle Uno. The beautiful and buzzing Centro is only 15 minutes walk away where you can shop, eat, visit museums, galleries and the foodies lovers Mercado central. You will not be disappointed!
