Stunning Apartment!

Loved the apartment - spacious, clean, beautifully renovated. Great facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo & shower gels. Both large doubles, 2 bathrooms. Really stunning decor and layout. Smoking in courtyard - as we had a ground floor apartment, we couldn’t open our French doors without a person smoking directly outside. Would have preferred an apartment with a balcony for fresh air as a non-smoking family. Would prefer non-smoking on site. Feel this should be made clear on booking. A complimentary bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice, particularly for people arriving late / on Sundays.

Seemless check-in. As a frequent traveler it is important for me not to look at people when i want to come and relax at the apartment. The style is beautiful, modern look with a bit of a old rustic vibe. You are doing an amazing job and keep it up. I will always book your apartment if available in Malaga. More kitchen stuff. There was no salt, peper nor oil. Also some welcome water. And you should upgrade to nespresso coffee capsules not those cheap ones.

Ideal location and beautiful building

The apartment is very spacious, clean and has lots of interesting and clever features. It is well equipped for simple meals . We really appreciated the tranquility despite it being less than 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Everyone slept well. Caleta homes were attentive in their communication with us and proactive prior to our arrival. We had issues with the electronic key that left us outside the main door until another guest arrived. There should be an alternative when the tech fails as it did. Our departure transfer was sent to the wrong location but there was no one contactable until after 10-00 to help . That was too late. The washing machine is a real bonus. The indoor dining seating was not very practical or suitable .

Immeuble et habitations rénovées avec qualité et goût / Propreté irréprochable / Déco superbe / Emplacement calme et central Problèmes rencontrés avec le système d'ouverture électronique (lien internet) / Notre porte a été ouverte à distance par erreur par le service de permanence. Tard le soir = Cela nous a fait peur et aurait pû être encore plus délicat si nous n'avions pas été dans l'appartement. / Nous avons dû aider d'autres locataires car impossible pour eux d'entrer dans leur appartement. / 45 mn à discuter avec la personne de permanence pour qu'elle leur donne le code de la clef... Point à vraiment améliorer car problème de sécurité et de confort.
