Just 2 km from the beaches of the Maresme, in a quiet, sparsely populated residential area, is this dream vacation home with spectacular sea views of Santa Susana.



The interior is very modern with high quality furnishings. The kitchen is also fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious living room has a modern fireplace for the colder seasons. The terrace has access to the garden with barbecue and pool.



Due to its location on the coast of Barcelona-Maresme, Santa Susanna is an excellent starting point for quickly and easily accessible destinations.
