On the ground floor, the living and dining room features cable television and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length. A self-contained studio on this floor includes 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 pull-out bed with a length of 200 cm, along with its own shower and WC, a television, air conditioning, and a private exit to the patio. The ground floor also features a fully open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, all served by air conditioning. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and offers its own independent living and dining area, which includes a hydro-massage bath, cable television, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan, with direct access to the terrace.
