From this level, you have direct access to a 15 m2 terrace as well as to the swimming pool. A fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living area and features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Also on the ground floor, a first bedroom is fitted with a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and benefits from air conditioning, with a separate WC serving this level. Floor heating and forced-air heating are available throughout.

On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms each feature a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, an individual shower and WC, a digital TV, and air conditioning. The first of these rooms opens onto a 15 m2 balcony, while the second provides access to a 10 m2 balcony, both furnished for outdoor relaxation. All outdoor spaces enjoy a panoramic view of the sea.
