The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house built in 2021 and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is also popular because of the view of the sea from the grounds and its sunny waterfront location. For shared use: courtyard.

The 5-star apartment is situated in a family house in Porat, just a few steps from the sea, harbour and restaurants, with a pebble beach very close by. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
