GĂ©niale !!

TrĂšs belle location parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la climatisation dans toutes les chambres... Maison isolĂ©e et sans vis-Ă -vis trĂšs plaisant ce calme et cette sensation d'ĂȘtre seul au monde. Nous avons adorĂ© et les enfants aussi. L'hĂŽte fut trĂšs accueillante. Merci Ă  elle.

Wundervolle Zeit

Liebe Margarita, lieber Rafael, vielen Dank, dass wir die Zeit in eurem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen durften. Es liegt perfekt eingebetten und zentral auf der Insel. Vielen Dank auf nochmal fĂŒr die leckeren Feigen, Eier, Tomaten usw. In der tollen KĂŒche haben wir leckere Gerichte bereitet und der Pool ist einfach nur großartig. Wir wĂŒnschen euch alles Gute fĂŒr die Zukunft und vor allem viel Gesundheit.

Wunderbarer Erholungsurlaub

Wir haben uns auf der Finca sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es war eine tolle, angenehme und sehr private AtmosphĂ€re. Überall findet man RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten und viele kleine schattige PlĂ€tze. Rundum, ein toller Urlaub fĂŒr Genießer. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

amazing little oasis

we had an amazing stay - the host, Marga, provided a friendly welcome. The Finca was much bigger than we thought it was going to be with lots of different areas to chose for drinks/meals. The layout was querky with lots of character. It was set in lovely countryside with very peaceful with lovely views. The pool was a great size and we spent most of the week in it! we had one small problem with the electric but the host was on site within 30 mins of us reporting it to resolve the issue. we would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Majorca.

Herausragendes Objekt - grandioses Urlaubsdomizil

Wir hatten im Juli 2020 zwei fantastische Wochen in der Finca Son Rebassa - trotz aller Corona-UmstĂ€nde. Die Abwicklung mit der Agentur war jederzeit einwandfrei. Sehr nette und kundenorientierte Kommunikation. Die Vermieterin war herzlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Besitzerin hat erste Kleinigkeiten an GetrĂ€nken und Snacks bereitgestellt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr gepflegt, sauber rund in tadellosem Zustand. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Zu bem@ngeln sind lediglich die GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Doppelzimmer und Etagenzimmer im Erdgeschoss, die etwas zu klein sind und ohne Klimaanlage ausgestattet sind. DafĂŒr stehen aber sehr viele Ventilatoren bereit. Danke fĂŒr eine wundervolle Zeit in Sant Joan.

Sehr gut!

Wir haben 14 tolle Urlaubstage in der Zeit vom 05.08 - 19.8.19 in der Finca Son Rebassa verbracht. Die Finca ist von Ihrer Ausstattung super, das Außen,- und InnengelĂ€nde wie sauber und sehr liebevoll angelegt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und ĂŒber den BegrĂŒĂŸungskorb, die Brötchen aus Valdemossa und den frischen Feigen haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage der Fibca ist ideal, insbesondere der Markt in Sineu, die Altstadt von Soller und der Strand Playa de Muro sind super zu erreichen und zu empfehlen,

Nicely presented villa - good to get away from it all

We enjoyed our stay - villa was nicely presented throughout - lovely and clean. It was well stocked with both necessities such as toilet rolls etc but also a few extras like charcoal, firelighters and matches for the barbecue, tablets for the dishwasher, a bottle of beer, some wine etc ! - all made for a nice welcoming feel (and reduced hassle). We were met at the villa by the owner who was lovely and gave us a thorough tour - she didn't speak much English and I speak no Spanish, but we managed to communicate. The kids enjoyed the pool and I liked the views from the balcony! There are chickens in a compound (away from the house), so you do hear some crowing - we liked that, but I though it was worth mentioning. On the practical side: - there's a dishwasher and a washing machine - we were provided with tablets and washing liquid - the kitchen's well equipped with coffee percolator and espresso (again with some coffee / capsules provided to start you off), toaster, microwave, oven / hob, lots of pans, knives, etc The property has lots of electric fans but does not have air-conditioning. For most of our week, that was fine, but the last couple of nights were a lot warmer and we all found it a bit difficult to sleep. - we used three bedrooms - two with double beds, one with bunk beds. There is also a small room which I think had a cot - two bathrooms - both nice and clean (and stocked with soap). The bathroom for the master bedroom (upstairs) is reached via a balcony. - The location is not close to any of the main tourist sites - for us that was a positive, but you would need a car - we ended up driving a fair bit - again not a problem for us, but worth bearing in mind. We had brought a Sat-Nav with us and that helped a lot with navigation down some pretty small streets. One small point - the owners are obviously more used to German visitors than English - so the handbook etc was in German - not a major issue, but perhaps worth running a copy through Google translate or similar. All in all, we'd recommend Son Rebassa, but do make sure you've looked on a map so you know where it is. Hope that's useful
