Villa Ses Porrasses is a large family villa clad in beautiful stone with capacity for 14 people in this marvellous 7-bedroom villa located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain. With its own driveway leading to this impressive property with a wraparound terrace, stunning views and spacious terraces to enjoy an outdoor dinner. The villa has two floors and consists of 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms on the ground floor and five bedrooms each with a private bathroom on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a beautiful sunken bathtub to enjoy. All rooms are beautifully decorated to a very high standard and have air conditioning. The main L-shaped living room has sumptuous sofas to relax and an adjacent dining room, wifi and smart TV available. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and stairs leading to the rooms from the lounge. There is also an additional advantage: at the top of these stairs with doors leading to the wraparound balcony and a comfortable sitting area. The large family kitchen is on the ground floor with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a living room. In the main exterior area, large and beautiful covered terraces, it has many rest areas to enjoy drinks at sunset or relax under the sun during the day. The incredible pool has easy access from the terrace to enjoy the sunbeds around the pool. Outdoor heated pool (April, May and October only upon request and at an additional cost) with plenty of terrace space, covered terrace with dining tables and sofas. Barbecue area The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. Important information to note: In case of key loss or if left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registration of all guests.
