Welcome to Winterset! This townhome is centrally located in the heart of downtown Mammoth Lakes, making for a great home base for the whole family. It is walking distance to grocery shopping, restaurants, and more. There is a free town shuttle stop, directly outside the complex, making it easy to access any part of town and the resort for skiing and biking.

Easy self-check-in, free parking, in-unit laundry, HOA jacuzzi & pool (seasonally). This home is perfect for your next Mammoth vacation!

About the Space:
This spacious 1400 sq. ft. 2-story, 2 bedroom / 2.25 bath townhome has everything you next for a fantastic stay in Mammoth. The open living area is bright, with vaulted ceilings, big windows, tons of natural light and forest views for a serene home environment. There is a private deck, with seating area, loaded with firewood and a private BBQ, stocked with free propane.

The home has been updated with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The living room offers a pull-out couch (queen-sized bed), large TV, and wood burning fireplace to keep you warm on cold winter nights. There is a good-sized, fully stocked kitchen, equipped for cooking a delicious meal and a nice dining area. Off the main living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Both bedrooms are located on the first floor with a shared full bathroom. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a set of single over single bunk beds with closet space and TV. The shared bathroom is directly outside of the first bedroom, in the hallway. The primary bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed, closet, and dresser. It has its' own vanity and is connected to the shared bathroom. In the hallway, between the two bedrooms, is the in-unit laundry facilities.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.

Great family place!

This was a perfect spot for our family (even the furry members). It was located within walking distance of many food options, even a grocery store. The home itself is tailored to families, with a lot of really cool things for kids (video and board games, toys, special dishes/cups). It was pretty clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay and we love it. The manager is superior and works with you. The only and I mean only issue I had,as a cook were the pots and one pan to cook with. They are dangerously old and falling apart. We spent two weeks at this Condo and I cooked almost every nite. It was challenging. Other than that. GREAT

Main floor bathroom. Cooking pots

Our stay was wonderful. The townhouse lovely clean with beautiful views of the trees. The only two issues were the shower doors in the main bathroom are off their tracks so they swing out. I don’t know if this is a safety issue or not. Also the pots in the kitchen may want to be revamped ( I’m a home cook so am slightly critical).
