Beds and linen were disgusting. Mattresses were filthy. They were stained with who knows what and the sheets and pillow cases were so old they provided no buffer from the mattresses. We stripped the beds and washed everything but it did no good. After the first night my friends went next door and got a room at the Westin.Rentals like this at 400 a night OFF season destroy the VRBO brand. I can no longer trust rentals through VRBO - unfortunate. You need to have this property delisted. I feel cheated.

Really nice condo, had everything we needed for our family vacation. The condo is in the main lodge building on the 4th floor overlooking the pool. Unit has AC but didn't end up needed to use it. One item which might cause issues is 2 out of the 3 bedroom windows don't open meaning you can't cool those rooms down very well at night.

We rented a luxury condo at The Village in Mammoth Lakes and overall had a great stay. The location is fantastic — with easy access to hiking trails, live music, and all the charm the area has to offer. The complex itself is nice and well-situated for enjoying the town.That said, there were a few maintenance and communication issues that impacted the experience. Parking instructions were unclear, and we had to call the management company for clarification. Upon arrival, we noticed some minor repairs were needed: one bathroom faucet was broken, the tub didn’t drain properly, and the towel bars were coming loose from the wall.Trash disposal was also confusing — the fridge instructions directed us to bins in the parking garage, but after not finding any, we had to ask the front desk, who informed us the trash room is actually on the lobby floor.The kitchen had a few shortcomings: the dishwasher wasn’t properly mounted and tipped forward when loading, and the non-stick pans were peeling. Additionally, the TV remote control was finicky and not working as expected.With a bit of attention to these maintenance issues and clearer guest instructions, this condo could truly live up to its “luxury” label. Still, we enjoyed our time and loved the location.

Great stay, very clean. All amenities we needed. Some minor things need repair, loose toilet seat, loose faucet in one bathroom but nothing that would keep us from staying again. Master bedroom bed is little uncomfortable but the kids slept well. This property had the best instructions on operating Televisions of any VRBO we have ever stayed. Every room worked exactly as described. We would stay again

Beautiful Village condo, great location

Very impressive condo with good decor, convenient location, great kitchen amenities. The layout of the main kitchen, dining, living room area makes it easy for families to have group dinners, play games, and generally bond. And little details like the entry area had plenty of hooks to hang jackets and such. We look forward to our next visit.A couple of small recommendations:1. While the hosts made it clear that extra towels for the jacuzzi/pool are the responsibility of guests, it would be nice if there could be two bath-sized towels per person; one for the jacuzzi and one for showering. Adding bulky towels to ski luggage is a bit challenging.2. Is it possible to have little nightstands on both sides of each bed? There was one night stand for each bed.

Great location, room to improve

Overall, the stay was good. There are a couple recommendations I have to improve the stay. The first is to provide at least 2 parking passes for the garage, given it’s a 3 bedroom apartment. The second is to add a modular air conditioning unit into each bedroom. My son’s baby monitor alarm was going off all night because his room was 86 degrees, with the window cracked. Also, provide towels for the pool/spa..

Winter Break!

I was traveling with my family for the first time in Mammoth and loved our stay. We will definitely be back. The location was perfect, we enjoyed the view to the pool and even relaxed in the jacuzzi. The gondolas were just a few feet away to enjoy the mountains for snowboarding and skiing. Lots of restaurants choices at the village as well. Only suggesting will be some coffee pods for early mornings :)

Great location - took only few mins to walk to the gondola and near by all the restaurants. The lodge was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony faces the pool/hotub area but noise wasn’t an issue. The bathrooms were big and water pressure was great in the shower. We didn’t run out of any hot water even after multiple showers. The rooms were comfortable and had plenty room to spread out. Few things to improve the staying
 1) elevator was super slow and took forever 2) pillows were very very flat 3) hard to control the temperature of the place - couldn’t read the temp or adjust the temperature Overall, great place to stay and we really enjoyed the place. Can’t wait for the next visit!

Great Stay In Mammoth

We had a great stay at this property. The place is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The Wifi did not connect well with the TV but that wasn't a deal-breaker. We spent a lot of time biking the beautiful trails and fishing. A local restaurant recommendation would be Vulcania. Best steak I've every had! We would highly recommend this property.
