This multi-story townhouse features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with heated floors and in-suite facilities. This home offers every amenity you need, including central AC to keep cool in those Summer days, in a spectacular location that offers the best of everything, and you can even bring Fido along! Just a short walk to the Village, you''ll have easy access to the Gondola for a quick trip to Canyon Lodge. Grab a bite at one of the many restaurants, enjoy shopping, coffee and more. The convenient free shuttle also is right at your door step to take you throughout Town. Split over 3 levels, this home offers a 2 car private garage (no shoveling needed!), 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and heated floors, Air Conditioning, an open great room with gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings, and private laundry! The home was clean, well appointed, and close to the village. I really enjoyed the place except the poor internet and the TV only worked one day due to the internet problem. They had Apple TV which was nice (which we could use one of the nights) but we were unable to stream any Netflix or other internet options such as Fox Sports to watch the playoffs. I think the internet/tv options need improvement but overall, I would stay again. The private hot tub was nice!

Beautiful Home away from Home

House was beautifully decorated, well-stocked and situated close to town and the Gondola. Quiet neighborhood. Having a private hot tub on the balcony was the best.

Fall Visit to Mammoth

This was a very nice unit. Great to have three bedrooms and three full baths. There was more than enough space for four adults and one standard poodle. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliance/cooking tools. The beds were very comfortable. It is in walking distance of Mammoth Village and coffee shops and eateries. Mammoth reservations answered questions promptly and was kind enough to let us check in early. This is a really nice pet friendly property and I am sure we will return for future trips.

House overview

Enjoyed the house and very close to the village and slopes. The location was off the main road and quiet. House the nicely furnished and clean. Will strongly consider staying again.

Expensive but worth it!

We enjoyed the cleanliness and the light and newness of this townhome. It was lovely. The master and downstairs bed were very comfortable. I understand the top bunks were just standard mattresses, and the kids in that bedroom moved to the bottom bunks- maybe in hopes of more comfort in the mattresses, but hey, they’re kids. The appliances are also brand new, and the oven was a little tricky to figure out, but was good once we did understand it. We loved the idea of hot tubbing- just couldn’t get the water to heat all the way to 103. We’d definitely return!

Great Weekend in the Mountains

We had a wonderful stay at the townhomes. We have stayed in Mammoth several times and it was really nice to have "our own place" versus staying in a condo or hotel like we have done in the past. The garage was roomy, but it was impossible for us to fit 2 of our cars in it, granted we had two very large vehicles (an F150 and a lifted Bronco). However, there was plenty of parking along the curb so parking was not an issue. It was such an easy walk to the village and the shuttle was right at the end of the road. The house itself was perfect for our group. The main floor was great for gathering and cooking together. There was plenty of space to cook, hang out on the couch and all enjoy a meal together. Each bedroom had their own bathroom, which was also great and there was no fighting over shower time. Having the private hot tub was also a huge plus and was such a treat at the end of the day. Pool towels were provided, which was much appreciated. There were only two things that need a quick fix in our opinion, but did not change our overall enjoyment of the property. First, all the beds did not have a bottom, fitted sheet which just made sleeping a little odd. I'm wondering if that was an oversite. Secondly, the AC stopped working after our first day which was very disappointing and made for hot sleeping in the upstairs rooms. However, we were able to open windows and use the fan provided. Hopefully an easy fix for the next guests! We definitely want to come back to stay again.
