We have stayed in this complex many times. This is the first time we have stayed in this exact condo. It fit our needs perfectly. We love the bed sizes in each room as we have all adults and no kids. The kitchen is very equipped and love that we can walk to the village.

Convenient and nice

I've stayed at many different places in Mammoth and this one was definitely nicer than most. Maybe it was timing, but the price made me feel like I got a lot of value for the money. Convenient location being about a 5 min walk to the village gondola made it almost ski in/out.

Great property, bad Vacasa Service

Property is great, comfortable beds and great location. The main room could definitely use another sofa instead of a bean bag for group tv watching and games.However, working with Vacasa is a struggle. When we arrived there were only 6 pieces of cutlery. Had to talk with multiple Vacasa agents to request this but nothing ever arrived. In addition the hot tub was NOT OPEN. Vacasa told us this ahead of time, but it was a primary reason why we booked this place

Great location

The description and pictures of the property are accurate and you will find everything you need for your stay there. The location is a very short walk (across the street) from the village where you will find stores, restaurants, and the gondola. I would only mention that the fireplace did not work, but I did not contact the owner about it because it was not that important to me. Heating throughout the property is more than adequate. I would stay in the property again and I do recommend it to anyone in need of three bedrooms and three bathrooms who wants to stay very close to the village.

Good... Better... Best

Best: Location is perfect. 1 block off of the Village and parking lot leads to 'ski-back' trail. Kitchen and Bathrooms were updated, clean, pretty well stocked, and the property management team very responsive. Better: I would be hesitant to bring over 6 people as it lacks seating in the main room. Unless you have small kids. It does have a Keurig (suggest adding to listing) Meh: Hot tub was broke and did not find out until we arrived. Email prior would have been nice. No wine glasses but I understand those get broken a ton. Only complaints would be noisy neighbors upstairs, lack of direct communication about the hot-tub, & the VRBO fees. For a short stay 3 nights or less we found it to be more expensive than a hotel. I would use it again for 3+ nights for sure!!

Terrible MGMT and DIRTY

First off I just want to say I won't rent another property that's managed by Vacasa. My family and I were heading to Mammoth from Boise, ID for a ski vacation for a week. Unfortunately 395 shut down in both directions and it was impossible to get there until Sunday(a day after our scheduled arrival). We contacted Vacasa and they said they wouldn't do anything to refund the 1 night that it was impossible to get there. I personally manage a ski rental in Sun Valley through VRBO and I would never take someone's money that couldn't get there because the roads were shut down. That being said we finally were able to get there on Sunday evening. Upon our arrival the door to the unit was left wide open and the unit was freezing cold. The floors were super dirty with crumbs; dirt; dog food; and old contacts. When we booked the unit we were originally going bring our dogs which was allowed at the time. Last minute we decided not to, and now the unit is no longer pet friendly. I'm guessing its because they've had a lot of issues. The door trim was chewed up and the main beanbag for the living room/downstairs bedroom carpets smelled of dog pee. The carpets in the bedrooms downstairs are stained and pretty gross. We also found the hand towel holder in the downstairs bathroom pulled out from the wall. I contacted Vacasa regarding these issues and someone came into the unit unannounced and fixed the hand towel holder while we weren't there(I'm fine with someone coming in but a little heads up would've been nice). Overall the location was good. It was a short walk with 2 kids with gear to the Village gondola. The pots and pans could use some updating b/c they're in pretty bad shape. Also plan to bring laundry detergent and body soap. We were only given 1 powder packet for laundry(good for one load) for a week, and 2 bars of soap(for 3 bathrooms). Hopefully the owner of this unit will read this review and realize that they could do much better having the unit managed by someone other than Vacasa.

Staring at a blank screen

We arrived promptly at 4pm. I noted at 4:30 that the main TV was not going on also two screens were missing from upstairs and two from downstairs bedroom windows. I called the number provided. We then had a man come over saying we are early and normal we do the walkthrough at 4:45😳strange because we arrived at 4:00pm. He looked in kitchen and main upstairs and left. I mentioned to him about our problems and concerns. He told us someone will come back to see to that. Waited over an hour then I called the number you text or call lady named Tanya. Told her the problem that I need a TV I’m handicap and basically sit and that why we got the unit we did. She was very short with me and said she will put in an order and they will looks at the problems. Again waited no one came back. The next day I called the 1-800 number to let them know that nobody came over or even considered calling us back on the problems. After waiting 24 hours a man came over and said you do t have TV but I’ll try getting you a new cable. After over an hour he came back and said this probably isn’t going to work but I’ll try. I can go on, but everyday I called to ask someone or somebody to solve and help us with this problem. Never happened, I then connected my back to let them now I didn’t get what I paid for. The unit had no supplies for cleaning only a sponge and laundry detergent. 2 bags for the kitchen and pillow cases that didn’t fit the pillows. Under the beds were Disgusting. The second day was a sign on the outside bathroom and Sauna that said closed. Let’s just say the managers there aren’t doing a service to the owners. Very dissatisfied and will never stay with them on our future vacations

Location can’t be beat!

This condo has everything you need and is within a block of The Village. Step off the parking lot onto the biking trails. If you are traveling with anyone with impaired mobility, it can be really hard to find a condo that doesn’t require walking 15+ stairs, but this one fits the bill! There are only 5 stairs to the main floor which includes a bedroom/bathroom, the dining/kitchen and living areas. This was so beneficial for my elderly parents. Vacasa was very attentive and is a great host.
