Spacious 2 king bdrm + Sleeping Loft + Game Room

Newly Remodeled Spacious 1500 square foot condo. 2 bedrooms with King beds + loft sleeping area with 3 full size beds+ game room. Soaring 20-foot ceilings welcome you to an open living room + dining + kitchen. All new furnishings, paint and carpet invite to relax and enjoy the view. The condo is complete with everything you need to unwind. Including high speed Wi-Fi. A fully stocked kitchen, extra towels, washer and dryer plus very family friendly. Tucked in the closets and den you will find a wooden portal crib with extra sheets and pad, high chair, baby gate and a bucket of toys. The ground floor features a spacious master bedroom with king bed with attached bathroom. The Master bedroom enjoys a smart TV as well as a cable box. The 2nd bedroom with king bed with nearby second bathroom is also located on the main floor. Every room of the home enjoys new flat screen smart TV’s with Netflix. The large flat screen over the fireplace in the living has a smart TV but also has a cable box. Upstairs in the loft, guests, will have the choice of 3 full beds. 1 set of bunk beds plus another full bed and the third bathroom. In the adjacent den find comfortable leather couches , pool table, board games, cards, puzzles and a folding table for card games. This condo complex has some of the best maintained grounds in all of Mammoth. A beautiful pool with a view of the Sherwins , 2 deep soaking hot tubs and saunas. The grounds offer paved walking paths, outdoor communal BBQ’s and above all space to enjoy to view and sound of the creek.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the condo. We did not use the pool or jacuzzi during our stay because it rained every day we were up there. The temperature control in the condo was very good and comfortable. Internet worked fine. Great location. Good parking. There were things that needed to be mentioned: 1) 2 of the 3 inner shower curtains in the bathrooms had mold and mildew stains. 2) Someone left alot of white towels in the washing machine when we arrived. 3) The latch on the window door to the porch needs to be fixed. It would not lock/latch. 4) We enjoyed playing pool but the pool sticks are pretty worn....you need a new set of pool sticks.

Mammoth Creek Condominiums - OUR FAVORITE PLACE TO STAY

We have been taking our family vacation almost every year for the past 15 years. We've stayed at many different VRBOs during that time, but Mammoth Creek Condominiums is our favorite. It has wonderful amenities (pool, spa, tennis courts), it's within walking distance to town and the park, and the easy access to the bike trails. We'll definitely be back!

Mammoth Ski Week

My family and another family enjoyed a nice week at the cabin that had 2 master type bedrooms on the first floor and a separate upstairs area for our teenagers, with a pool table game room. The cabin was close to Eagle Lodge ski lifts, and we either drove or took the red line shuttle to the other ski locations. The cabin was neat and had the essentials. The only issue was the heater kept kicking off, and going back down to 55 even if we set it to 70. But wasn’t a big issue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Fit 7 to 8 people comfortably.

Clean and updated property, great communication

My family and I have chosen to stay here year after year. They recently updated this condo and we loved all of the changes. This property is in a great location, condo is clean and perfect for kids and families, and the communication with the owner was always quick and professional. We got to Mammoth earlier than expected and she let us check in earlier. It was extremely helpful since we had a lot of baby and toddler items/food with us. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved: -View from deck in the morning is BAM! Coffee and sunrise -Access to walking path on Mammoth Creek -Pool, Tennis, Spacious, Mammoth -Responsiveness of owner -TV tech is current so we worked around the issues with local provider Not So Much -Construction next door (honestly the crews there were polite and fairly quiet so not a big deal at all but it was busy over there) -Local TV/Internet provider

Excellent location, spacious and amazing view of Sierra Mountains

The facility grounds were clean and plenty of parking 2 large jacuzzis and pool near unit a plus. Lots of space. Space 48 is upstairs, missed that in my booking. Some minor hiccups on arrival and morning but property manager resolved and we had a great stay. First trip to mammoth and will consider this location in the future, if downstairs.

Great condo, great location!

We enjoyed our stay, it was well stocked and even had great toys for the kids to play with! Good for a medium sized family, our only wish was for a baby gate to make it safer for the kids. (The information binder said there was one, but we couldn’t find it) Thank you for your wonderful home away from home!

Great condo for family

We were in mammoth for 5 days with our adult children and their spouses. The condo is spacious and well equipped. The “kids” especially liked playing pool in the upstairs billiard room. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. The dining table and couches could accommodate all of us. We used the pool and jacuzzi every day. The condo was very light and the view from he living room overlooks the open field. Overall, a great condo.

Mammoth Condo

It was easy to rent this property but with all of the additional unmentioned charges that vrbo tacks on it became very expensive, and certainly not worth over $500 a day. The property was fine but needs upgrading-bedrooms, bathrooms should be redone for the amount of money charged. The kitchen could use better knives and more practical items like a garlic press, lemon squeezer etc. Nice that there were baggies but more shower soap should be provided, and not just “starter” items. Mammoth Creek in general needs upgrading. Two bbq’s and neither worked. Unacceptable.

Great Location!

If your traveling with family and friends this is great condo with even better location! Super close to the amazing bike path that Mammoth Lakes has created so either bring your bikes or rent an E Bike and head up to the lakes and back right from this place! The views out the living room don’t disappoint. Just a heads up it gets pretty warm in the summertime without AC but open the slider and open the windows and use the fan they have to bring the mountain air in. If your going to do laundry maybe run the dryer when your gone or early morning as it can really heat the place up. Oh did I mention the location?!? Enjoy the stay cause I know we did!

Great Unit!

This was a great unit for our family. My boys loved the loft and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and a short trolley ride away from the village. Beds were comfortable and unit had everything we needed to be comfortable for a week.
