Sunrise 3: Pet Friendly, Mountain Views

Spacious 1-bedroom plus loft, 2-bath condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area. Sleeps up to 6 guests and is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.

This bright corner unit offers vaulted ceilings, large windows, and mountain views. Enter up one flight of outside stairs. The first floor features the primary bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and open living room with a queen sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (wood provided), and access to a private deck.

The loft is open to the living room below by a half wall and includes a queen bed and the second full bathroom. An additional flat-screen Smart TV is located in the bedroom.

This cozy unit is tastefully decorated with mountain cabin-style furnishings, and the well-stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Property was welcoming and perfect for pets as long as your pet can do stairs.Clean rooms. Second bedroom is a loft.There is no en-suite for master bedroom. Overall very nice... would stay here again with pets:)

Place was clean and exactly as shownIn pictures. Everything was well stocked in the kitchen, only lacking a few lids for the smaller pots. Great layout and beds were comfy.. you do have to take showers In shifts though as the hot water didn’t seem to last too long. A great location close to bus stops and the market, would definitely stay here again

Cozy and perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in Mammoth Lakes. It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, with plenty of wood for the fireplace, which made it feel extra warm and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-thought-out space that made our trip truly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Location and views!

Great location with Mountain View’s. Easy walk to town and the free shuttle to the village shops, restaurants and Mammoth Brewing Co. stops right down the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family and little doggie

We stayed for a few days between Christmas and New Years. The place is perfect for a little ski getaway. Our teenager stayed in the loft above and we staying in the main bedroom. The condo complex is quiet and friendly. Took us 10 minutes to drive to Canyon Lodge for skiing, and 3 minutes to the shopping center/Vons. Would love to return.

The location of the condo was great. I loved the inside, it was well stocked with what we needed. I am so glad they allowed pets, my cattle dog had a lot of fun on our trip. Thank you to the hosts for offering their condo at a reasonable rate.
