Please No ski or snowboard boots worn inside the unit-it may disturb downstairs neighbors. Thank you!
Pet fee: $145 plus applicable fees per pet. Reservations booked via 3rd party will be sent a pet fee request after booking.

Fully functional condo near the Eagle Lodge and lift. This condo is in the Bradley Building and 7-8 minutes walk to lift. Slightly uphill walk to lift and down hill on way back. Covered parking and hot tub was nice to have

Holiday ski trip

Only downside was the parking garage does not accommodate tall vehicles or SUVs with ski boxes. Made loading/unloading a challenge. Also could use a few carts at elevators to make it easier bringing luggage and especially groceries up to the condos. Was a great stay over Christmas and recommend the unit.

Mammoth Condo

This place is perfect for one person or a couple. I stayed with a friend, and had to use pull out couch (which we all know, are not the most comfortable) my friend said the bed was comfy. We only needed a night stay so this was also perfect for that. Pictures resemble the unit itself. The two swivel chairs in unit for TV room are a bit uncomfortable, that would be my only suggestion to consider getting new ones. Kitchen is a bit small but everything works. And bathroom sink is really low for tall people. Thank you to the concierge team, who let us in and gave us a new code when the original one did not work.

Mammoth family trip with our dog

I picked this condo due to it being pet friendly and it's location in Mammoth. The place is clean and comfortable and looks the same as photos online. It's a simple condo not super fancy but has everything you need. We didn't go to Mammoth to stay indoors. It was perfect for us and would definitely stay again.

Decent price with ski access

Overall great stay, we really appreciated that it was dog friendly. It was very clean almost no evidence of prior pets had stayed there. All the appliances work and the kitchen supplies were adequate for stove cooking. The pellet stove is a cool feature just takes a little bit of practice to get the temperature right. Although we knew it was walk-to-ski, we may have underestimated how far of a walk it was. Maybe it really is a 1/4 mile but it feels like 1/2 mile haha. We ended up driving a few times because it’s just a hard walk that will wear your ski boots out on the asphalt, happened to get lucky with parking on a weekday though. Overall great stay, will plan to come back in the future!

Pretty good stay

This was a nice property and we would stay here again, however there were a few minor things the kept it from getting a 5 star review. Communication with property manager was not very amazing. We were 2 couples on a road trip with 2 vehicles. There was only designated parking for 1 with first come first served space available for a second. Both required a printed parking pass. As we were on the road, there was no way to print anything and the customer service phone number was never answered (weekend stay). Additionally, there was no physical office to visit. Fortunately, we didn’t have any issues with parking but there was a minor amount of stress regarding our second vehicle being parked in overflow with no pass in a busy resort town. The property itself was very well appointed and mostly comfortable for 4. The king bed was great but the hideaway bed was not so much. We had to pull the mattress off the frame and lay it on the floor to get a good night sleep. Not a big deal but minor inconvenience. The kitchen is fairly small but made it fun to prep meals - the biggest annoyance here is the fridge door that opens out from the kitchen rather than into it. Switching a fridge door is not hard and would make the tiny space way more user friendly. Lastly, the water pressure was very low in the sinks and the shower head was super finicky resulting in water spraying a mess if you try to adjust it much (one of our people was tall so had to duck to shower.). Again, overall this was a good stay. A few minor fixes could make it excellent. We would stay here again for sure.
