Also the living room is preceded by a spacious terrace, which invites you to linger with sun loungers. The living room is adjoined by a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Also this bedroom has its own terrace, which offers a wonderful and quiet retreat with its comfortable seating group. Of course you do not have to do without the sea view here ...
The impressive staircase in the reception area leads to the upper gallery, through which our guests reach the 3 upper double bedrooms. There is no more pleasant wake-up than being awakened by the sound of the waves and the smell of a sea breeze through the bedroom window. All bedrooms boast breathtaking sea views as well as a bathroom en suite. All bathrooms of the villa 'TRES HIJAS' are decorated in marble and equipped with typical, large stone-floor showers. In hot summer nights the air conditioners donate cool air next to the emerging evening breeze in every bedroom. The two outer bedrooms also each have a terrace, which invite you to relax with their outdoor furniture. Even the evening starry sky is from here to enjoy relaxed. So counting the many shooting stars is fun.

The luxury villa 'TRES HIJAS' has an excellent Wi-Fi connection and TV in the living room for the acoustic enjoyment ensures a high-quality SONOS music system, which makes it possible to hear music in the living room, the outdoor terrace and in the area of the BBQ house. In the garden, the beautiful and large infinity pool awaits our guests. Also in the pool area provide various sunbathing areas for the necessary holiday feeling. The outdoor kitchen with barbecue offers the opportunity to prepare delicious meals with family and friends and to enjoy the cozy, rustic outdoor table. Here it will be a little later ... !!!
Even in the rougher seasons, the luxury villa 'TRES HIJAS' can be perfectly used. The central floor heating and a fireplace provide a cozy atmosphere. In the adjacent BBQ house is a SAUNA, which spoils our guests especially with the magnificent sea view. So you can enjoy the almond blossom at the beginning of the year as well as the training beginning of the racing cyclists and golfers in the spring. Or they leave the dreary everyday life behind at home in autumn and winter and let the still strong sun massage your soul.
For the very small family members, we have cots and high chairs available for a small fee on request. For the slightly larger, an extra bed could be placed in the master bedroom.
Also for your vehicle is taken care of. You can easily park on the property. But also in front of the villa is more parking space. In the garage you can not only park a car, it also provides safe protection for bicycles, strollers, golf equipment and similar equipment.
Another highlight is the villa 'TRES HIJAS' ready when our guests continue on Calle Lisboa. The bay of Cala Murada can be reached in a few minutes on foot. There you will also find a beach bar / restaurant with a well-assorted menu. Also in the evening the bar knows how to surprise culinary. Occasionally with live music. Just a little further, you will find the village center with bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
In the immediate vicinity of Cala Murada is always recommended a trip to Portocolom, Cala d'Or or Portocristo and Felanitx are other local destinations, which make the east coast so interesting in addition to the countless beaches. Especially we always recommend the bay CALA SA NAU with a beach restaurant directly on the sand.
