The space
Step into a cosy yet spacious apartment featuring high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The stylish interiors create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city's many highlights.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both with King-size beds.
The living room also has a fold-out sofa bed which can be made available on request.

Guest access
You will have sole use of the entire apartment with access via the lift on the 3rd floor. There are also stairs.

There are some short-stay parking bays across the street (max 2-hour stay) but there are plenty of parking bays around the area you can find on the 'Just Park app'.

Other things to note

Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return keys to the lock box and take a picture of the keys back inside the box for security reasons. Send the photo to the message thread.
Take all rubbish to the bin store. Turn left out of the building front door and walk to the alleyway next to Sam's Chop House. Turn down the alleyway and put all rubbish in the big orange bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The apartment is stunning and looks exactly as the pictures show. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing which was fixed swiftly. Unfortunately the apartment was very warm and difficult to cool down, which shouldn't be an issue for most of the year, but was a struggle during the heatwave we experienced. Despite opening all the windows and having two fans going it was oppressively warm and the smell of bathroom issues permeated the space and never dissipated. Check in/out process was super convenient. Location is superb, although there were some unseemly characters in the street at times. Host was very responsive and helpful.
