It boasts an open plan lounge and dining area with 2 inviting sofas to relax on, a wall mounted smart TV with apps including Netflix and YouTube, plus a fully fitted kitchen with appliances and an upstairs bathroom.
Additional features include free WiFi with Super Fibre Broadband, a front and back garden with a bistro set and a utility room with ironing facilities and a maiden. There are also fire safety products on each floor, including interlinked heat and smoke alarms throughout.
Only 1 mile from the Etihad Stadium, 0.5 miles from The National Cycling Centre (Velodrome), 2.6 miles from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station and 3 miles from Manchester City Centre, it is in an ideal location whether you are visiting the city for work or pleasure.
