The beautiful interior has been finished to a high standard and features plush furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The large floor to ceiling windows bathe the rooms in natural light. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. The 3 spacious bedrooms (2x double, 1x twin) feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern family bathrooms featuring powerful showers as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guests can also make use of secure private gated parking. There is also a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 7 or 8 guests when booking).

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located a short distance from Manchester’s renowned Ancoats district, and famous canals, there are a number of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance from the property. The Etihad stadium and Co-op Live Arena are just 3 minutes by tram or 15 minutes away on foot. Central Manchester is around a 25 minute walk away where you will find the Arndale shopping centre, Chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. The nearest tram stop (New Islington) is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 15 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Etihad Stadium is just a 3 minute tram journey, or 15 minutes walk from the apartment. Central Manchester can be reached within 25 minutes on foot, or New Islington Tram stop is just a 5 minute walk away, connecting the rest of greater Manchester. Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away.

There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 7 or 8 guests when booking)

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
