Stuff with every pleasant it was lovely to have a little boy downstairs that served food and alcohol or soft drinks we even had a coffee The room was adequate for one night it was very clean and very tidy

Expensive for what it is. The room was really small, you could barely walk around the bed. The Aircon was hard to control, the room was cold so we tried to heat it up, put it on 28degrees but it never reached, it was still chilly. However, it's clean, staff are friendly and it's central for shopping, Christmas markets, food etc. If you want them to hold your bag after/before check out, it's £1 per bag!! Bit unfair, when the room was super expensive anyway, almost £200 for one night (Saturday)

Nice hotel and good breakfast, staff were nice and helpful with information about the city. Reservation manager needs to be more flexible as unable to let me change dates even when i was willing to pay a small fee. Very annoying Rooms are ok, but walls very thin and can hear conversations next door very clearly.
