Hmmm...

We pre-paid but hotel couldn't find payment details and took our credit card as backup. We were told our card wouldn't be charged. A month later we received a receipt showing that they'd charged us twice. If you're in a business suit you'll be treated well, but don't dress down or expect to be treated with less than wonderful service. We were not impressed and won't be visiting the Thistle Manchester again.

It got HOT!

A feature not listed anywhere on description: THIS HOTEL HAS NO AIRCONDITIONING! Not that its broken, it doesn't exist. Windows have locks allowing the 6 inch legal maximum opening. Not a great summer stay! Excellent Maid Service, friendly staff. WIFI is about $20 for 1-hour.
