The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart Tv. The spacious bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom features a powerful shower and a bathtub, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for up to 2 guests in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). Free on-site parking is available.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.

The Neighborhood:
Located a short distance from Manchester’s renowned Ancoats district, there are a number of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance from the property. The Etihad stadium is just 10 minutes away on foot. Central Manchester is around a 25 minute walk away where you will find the Arndale shopping centre, Chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighbourhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. The nearest tram stop (Holt Town) is 15 minutes walk from the apartment and Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 20 minute walk away.

Getting Around:
Etihad Stadium is just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Central Manchester can be reached within 25 minutes on foot, or Holt Town Tram stop is just a 15 minute walk away, connecting the rest of greater Manchester. Manchester Picadilly Train Station is a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away.

Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for up to 2 guests in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking)

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
