The hotel is in a great location and its good overall. We chose it for the pool but be aware if you have children, theres specific times that you can use the pool with them. Its a bit of a downer as you only get 2 hours in the morning and maybe 3 in the afternoon on the weekends. And there is a limit on how many people are allowed in, so if you go to breakfast first, by the time it opens at 8, you might have to queue up until people come out to go in. I get why, but its still not great when theres a time limit on when you can use the pool with the kids. And also theres swiming lessons going on during this time, so theres a bit of the pool that you cant use either during "kids time". There was some sort of issue with the towel delivery so there were no extra towels nowhere (including the hotel) except for people that used the spa and the advice was to go get your towel in the room. Unsure if it was a fault with the system or someone messing with the fire alarm, but it went off randomly on friday and then again saturday night. While there was an announcement on friday saying it was a false alarm, this didnt happen on Saturday, so went all the way down from the 5th floor with small kids in toe as well as other people just to be told it wasnt real.. lifts werent working so had to climb back up. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom was not the cleanest, no bath towels in our room for the duration of our stay, asked 3 different people 3 different times for towels - each time lied to as advised they will be brought to the room but never were, would never book this Radisson (or any other again!)

All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good but nothing special (lots of bread but no bread rolls on offer, no hash browns, no fried/grilled tomatoes). Rooms were nice and clean, though we were on the top floor (sixth) and at night could hear the sound from the ‘net zero’ heat pumps located directly above us on the roof. The staff were very understanding and the next day moved us to another room on the same floor which wasn’t affected by the noise. Parking isn’t available at the hotel but you get a discounted rate (currently £13 per night) at the AO Arena CitiPark nearby. Just ask the reception at checkout. I’d stay at this hotel again.

Came down for a couple nights to try and get a break from working over the holidays. Booked the hotel as a treat expecting good things given this is a nice hotel. Staff were relatively polite. The foyer is really nice to be fair and pool/gym were pretty decent. The room was very pretty, but the cleanliness/ functionality of the room was a bit poor given the premium nature of the hotel. The floor lamp and table lamp did not work in the room weirdly. Additionally, in the bathroom, there were: weird marks on the counter (potentially cleaning chemicals not rubbed in properly??); hairs on the back of the door and elsewhere; a half used toilet roll (found this just a bit weird) and the holder for the shower head was attached to the unit back to front so couldn't actually use the shower properly the first time (luckily my partner managed to get this into a better position so we could use the shower as intended). It was okay for a short stay, but won't be returning as it wasn't worth the money. I have stayed in cheaper places (I.e Leonardos) in Manchester before which were much more value for money.

Clean room but on the ring road 1st floor so very noisy. Restaurant staff not aware of the zero alcohol drinks stocked. Breakfast was lovely but had to ask for bread, sausages and bacon run out. Also no clean coffee/tea mugs had to use a paper cup. Didn’t seem to be enough staff for how busy the restaurant was.

when we walked in, the place seemed decent for a starter but when we looked around we noticed a rip whole in the duvet which cut my foot while i was trying to sleep, which one is a safety issue and second a hazard to me and my wife who spent the night at the hotel. there was also a gap in the bed that was really uncomfortable and i managed to get a total of 20-30 minutes of sleep due to the gap between the 2 single beds, and the customer service was appalling from the receptionist, he was rude and didn’t make us feel welcome what so ever. and when we tried to do a late checkout we got refused and we had nowhere to stay while waiting for our train back to London which wasn’t yet to come for 4 hours, when asked why we couldn’t get a late checkout they had the worst reasoning possible, they said that we checked in too late, but we arrived at 6PM and check-in was between 2PM-8PM. they also said that we had to ask for later check out before breakfast which was not labeled in the guidelines. The whole experience for me and my wife was appalling and i wouldn’t recommend any of my friends and family to stay here again. for my waste of time and my injury i would like a full refund for this ridiculous stay at the Raddison Hotel.

We received a room upgrade as the hotel was quiet. Room is clean and large. Negatives were the hand wash and shower gel had run out and the coffee machine wasn’t working properly. All first world world problems and we could have got it sorted but we were only here for one night… Restaurant was nice and food freshly cooked. Good hotel in the city.
