Started off fine with good communication and loads of information nearer the time. This amongst the information the allocated parking bay for the apartment was three separate numbers. So I asked then confirmed the correct one. However when I arrived the parking given was occupied. I contacted Guestz and they said find another spot and wait. In the end I negotiated with another apartment owner to use their spot and went to the apartment. The apartment was clean and well presented. However the dishwasher had dirty crockery in it and I found eventually it did not work properly. There was no washing up liquid which was awkward. This one of the double beds had just three pillows - weird. My wife tried to have a shower and the head burst spraying water all over the ensuite floor. Wurst of all there was a constant 24 hour annoying hum all round the apartment that sounded like either an extractor or A/C fan and there was no way this could be turned off. Therefore sleeping at night was not easy. These were all the sort of problems you would expect in either a hotel room or a business rental. Perhaps someone from Guestz should try staying there once in a while!
