Staff were all excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken and the room was 27 c. Two staff members did try to rectify to no avail (windows are locked so no air at all). Location perfect for city centre. Would definitely stay again.
A great stay - in the back streets yet close to the main shopping areas. Fantastic pub-style accommodation - all recently renovated. Rooms small but functional. The pub has a friendly atmosphere with good meals. Highly recommended.
The lady who checked me in, sorry I didn’t catch her name, was extremely friendly and polite and made the check in experience super easy. I arrived earlier than expected and asked on the off chance whether my room was ready early, and luckily it was - made my life a lot easier! The room was spotless, the bed comfy, and the shower the absolute best I have ever used. 100% recommend!
Stayed at this hotel as we had a gig at the AO Arena and it exceeded our expectations! The room was nicely decorated, clean, small but perfect for 2 people for one night. The cold A/C was perfect as we were lucky enough to catch Manchester on a very warm weekend. The staff were very friendly and suggested local things to do, and were able to store our bags on our check out day so we could wander around freely. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the arena, with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

Nice hotel
Lovely little hotel perfect location are only fault was how warm the room was windows don't open and it was a very hot day the cleaner did get us a fan that helped a littlel.
Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the lighting which was to no fault of the hotel. They couldnt have been more helpful and offered a free meal and drinks to compensate. We felt welcome and enjoyed the location to the arena and city centre.
Would 100% recommend. Thank you, we hope to spend time there again in the future
Great pub based inn. We were there after New Year, a slow time when they we repainting and repairing everything. Understandably awkward. Great location near everything.
