Located in Manerba on the south-west side of Lake Garda, Villa Grazia and is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday thanks to its private outdoor area and lush garden with high trees. The elegant, 2-storey property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and a sofa bed for one person) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and air conditioning (only in the bedrooms). In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a pool and an outdoor shower. Here you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers and lose yourself in a good book. The highlight of the villa is, however, its private gym as well as its private sauna where you leave the stress of everyday life behind you. The closest restaurant is located a 7-minute walk away (600 m) while a further selection of restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes. A supermarket is located a 17-minute walk away (1.5 km). The marina Porto Torchio is an 18-minute walk away (1.5 km) and Spiaggia Pisenze is a 32-minute walk away (2.5 km). This is also the perfect place for sport lovers as there are many bike and hiking trails in the area. The accommodation is also ideally located for visiting many villages along the Garda coast.



Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The homeowner is happy to assist you with any questions you may have during your stay. Staff will have access to the property during your stay to maintain the pool and garden. If you do not wished to be disturbed, please communicate this in advance. We will try to accommodate early and late check-ins, however, this must be communicated in advanced and there may be and additional fee.
