Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (27 SQM) on the 11th floor.

We have 2 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

Shell Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

Great Location

The condo was well appointed and is in a great location, close to Mall of Asia and plenty of other fun things nearby. Glenn the owner was very responsive to us whenever we needed anything and was very easy to reach any time of day.

The location of this condo is really unbeatable. It’s walking distance to the mall & lots of dining options nearby. We did a bit of inter-island flying and this condo being close to the airport made a big difference commuting wise. The property owner Glen was very friendly and accommodating. He delivered & installed a washing machine to our unit so we can do our laundry within the unit. The unit needs some updating/ renovation but the convenience of being close to the mall & airport far outweighs other imperfections.

The condo is nice for the price. Glenn provides top notch service and is always a text message away. Don't visit the Phils without a Globe cell. The strip mall at Shell provides good food and service. The Shell complex has 6000 units and 1 local laundry. Anyone looking for a business opportunity?

Very nice place. Its a very central location. walking distance to Moa, 10 minutes to airport, and 30 minutes to st. lukes and us embassy. It is the best location to stay while processing my parents visa. Its got everything i need. Also Bebot was the best host in the world. Shes very very nice accomodating us and very welcome.Also, she even waited until 8pm for us to get there because of flight delays , she embraced it with good attitude. I definitely recommend this place. and will come back again.

The condo with one bedroom was perfect for my wife and I. The bed was very comfortable. The views from the balcony were a plus. Just a short walk across MOA. Even though there was a minor AC issue, Glenn decided to transfer us to another similar unit next door and the rhythm of our life were back. He was very helpful and great from start to finish. My wife and I will treasure many memories from our stay. We hope to be back in the future!

Got there and walked unto a lovely modern and air conditioned lobby. Studio is small, but that is why its a studio. Awesome location. Agent was responsive to calls and water was there waiting for us after our long flight (very thoughtful). That said, we did not get to use the pool, management would not let us, since we were not the owner. They change an extra fee for pool use, and if it is on a holiday, there is no one there to process your fee, so no pool use.

Great Location and Property

We stayed 8 days at the property and enjoyed our stay. The check-in process went smoothly, even though it was midnight! We just had one issue with the water heater and it was attended to immediately. It was an easy fix, the temperature knob had been turned to its lowest setting. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the Mall of Asia (less than 15 minutes) and there are other malls nearby. Plenty of restaurant choices within the malls and stand alone ones as well. Check out was a breeze, we just left the keys in the unit and headed to the airport. I definitely recommend this property. Keith

Amazing location

The location was perfect for me and my 8 year old. Close to MOA. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool due to the rain. The condo was well equipped and bedding was clean and fresh. Shows was constant and not over hot but hot enough for our white sling haha. I wouldn’t want to be bigger than I am as I wouldn’t have fit in the shower door. Not great for a big man!! Staff are amazing and so helpful. Ready to help. Over I would love to come back and stay again. Thank you so much

Lovely Hostess and staff, Convenience plus

This is the third time I have used this particular condo owned by Grace, who by the way, is most open to honest criticism and feedback. This Unit is tiny, but given the proximity to the MoA, you just cant beat it. Literally a short 10 minute walk across the street. Subtle things like 1st floor convenient store and restaurants, and a fully equipped kitchen (hot plates, pots, pans, microwave, fridge, forks, knives, spoons, plates, cups etc.) make this a no brainer. Good for short stays. Grace always replies to my email inquiries and her hostess, Mrs Bebot, is an angel. Very helpful.

The room was clean. Close to the Mall of Asia so you could walk to many things. Good security. The pots and pans were not in very good condition. The bath towels had to be the worst I have ever come across. They would not dry you. The room manager would not swap them out for something else. Poor communication from room manager for key pickup and checkout. Had to pay extra for use of pool in residence. Think pool use should come with room rental. Description also indicated gym use available with my length of stay. This was not true.

First of all I would like to say our host Glenn was very accommodating. Very friendly and willing to help with anything from suggestions to places to go and was willing to drive us to different destinations if we wanted. The location to the Mall of Asia was great. Just a short walk and we found a fresh seafood market that was close and some fine eating establishments. We even went to some local bars that had karaoke. The condo was well equipped for cooking and fairly comfortable. Good enough for 2 people but maybe a little crowded with 3. The internet worked good and the TV channel selection was good also. The fitness center was not available to us but the pool was for a fee. The fee was doubled during our stay because it was a holiday and we weren’t able to have visitors use it with us when we asked the front desk staff so we didn’t use it. I think if we would have asked Glenn first he would have been able to arrange it for us to have visitors but it didn’t work out for us. Overall I was very satisfied and would stay there again when I’m in Manila.

I booked this unit for my in-laws during their visit in Manila. This property was clean and quiet. It was a very smooth and easy checked in and out. My in-laws loved the property, however, swimming pool and the gym were not accessible as it was described as part of the amenities. They do not mind paying for whatever fee needed to use the swimming pool or the gym, but the guard informed them that it was only for the owner of the units and not the people checked in. Therefore, the gym and pool should be removed from amenities section in the website. My brother in-law was very disappointed. I wished I knew about this ahead of time. I booked one of the unit in different Residence prior to this one and owned by the same individual and was able to use the amenities described in the website with fees. I do not know the difference between the two residences, but I hope this can be fix. If some amenities are not for the people checked in, then it should not be included under amenities because then it will be misleading. Overall, my in-laws loved this unit because of its cleanliness. I will definitely book this again sometimes in the future.

Excellent place. Outstanding hosts

Easy to rent. Everything as said it would be. Easy check in even though later arrival. Hosts always available for questions Mall of Asia five minutes away
