The space
SMDC's mid-rise condo next to malls
This is a Studio unit with a queen-sized bed. Best fit for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Unit is located at 2nd floor and swimming pool area is very accessible since our building tower is just in front of the swimming pool area and basketball court at the back (under construction).
We have blackout curtains and fairy lights to light up the unit and set the mood at night.
It has Unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection with SMART TV facing the bed with Netflix and YouTube ready!
We also have LAN cable and ergonomic office computer table that's very useful if you are working remotely.
Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
Checkout time: On or before 11:00 AM
Light cooking is allowed, and kitchen has mini fridge, microwave, oven toaster, induction cooker, frying pan & pot, rice cooker and electric water kettle. Basic dining utensils are provided.
Our toilet is equipped with bidet and adjustable shower heater. Starter toiletries available such as towel, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and tissue. First aid kit and small cabinet for your clothes.
We also have mini bar in the unit where you can purchase some snacks, soft drinks, beers, coffee, face masks, mineral water, rice, noodles, etc. (Subject for availability).
Please treat it as your personal home and to maintain our low pricing, please conserve electricity, water, and maintain the cleanliness.
Note:
If booking for 3 guests, 3rd guest can sneak in bed. If booking for 4 guests, 1 single floor mattress or 1 queen size bed will be provided (depending on availability). Please inform your host BEFORE booking to check if additional bed will be available in the unit or not. If failed to inform before booking, host wont be able to provide additional bed.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Each guest must provide the following to the host upon booking for processing to the condominium admin office:
1. Valid government-issued ID (local guests) or passport (foreigners).
2. Vaccination Cards
3. For minors (not accompanied by parent or adult relative), provide written consent letter from their parents affixed with signature and ID.
Host will process your requirements and guest authorization to the admin office.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
In accordance to condominium policy, all requirements must be submitted AT LEAST 1 DAY PRIOR TO CHECK-IN for admin approval and processing.
See below admin cutoff:
> For Sunday & Monday check-in: requirements cutoff until SATURDAY 10AM.
> For Tuesday to Saturday check-in: requirements cutoff A DAY before your check-in until 4PM.
> For Holidays check-in: requirements cutoff A DAY before your check-in until 4PM (business days).
> Same day booking and check-in is only allowed for day stay. Kindly check with your host for more details and to assist you.

SWIMMING POOL
> Rate per head, per day: Php170 for regular day and Php320 for holiday. Service fee is already included.
> Should buy swimming pool coupon to host since cashier office does not allow guest/s to buy their own pool coupon.
> IMPORTANT: Inform host BEFORE booking if you will use swimming pool to confirm availability of on hand coupons. If unable to inform host before booking, host will not be able to provide coupons. Strictly subject for availability.
> Pool hours: 6AM-10PM for adult and 6AM to 6PM for children (below 12y/o)
> Cleaning schedule: Lap pool is closed every Monday. Kiddie pool and adult pool is closed every Tuesday.
> Coupons are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-replaceable.
> Only first two (2) registered guests are allowed to use the pool. Guests can only use the pool during their stay or upon check-in but NOT on the checkout day since slot is entitled to the next guest.
> Swimming pool availability and capacity is subject for IATF protocol and guidelines.
**Swimming pool rules:**
1. Social distancing and Covid19 protocols shall continue to be observed.
2. Proper swimming attire is required.
3. Diapered children/infants are not allowed in the swimming pool.
4. Children under 12 y/o must be accompanied by adult at all times.
5. Must take shower in shower area/room before using the pool and guests shall provide their own towels.
6. After swimming, guest must dry themselves and wear appropriate dry clothes when leaving the swimming pool area. Guest shall not be permitted to enter hallways/elevator if still wet.
7. Persons to have contagious viral or skin diseases, open wound, cold sores, inflamed eyes, or wearing bandages will not be allowed in the pool.
8. Water sports are not allowed.
9. Expectorating or blowing of the nose is strictly prohibited.
10. No running/pushing or horse playing shall be permitted on the pool deck.
11. Diving is strictly prohibited.
12. Guardians shall be responsible for removing floatation/toys from pool prior leaving the area.
13. Glass objects are not allowed in the pool area.
14. Swimming pools are not manned by a lifeguard. Users are advised to take all necessary precautions. The host or condominium corporation/PMO shall not be liable for any untoward incident, accident or injury that may arise from the use of the swimming pool.

PAY PARKING:
**Option 1: Purchase parking coupons at Cashier office**
> Rates: Day parking (Php50) 6:00am to 1:30am. Night parking (Php150) 1:30am to 6:00am. To cover 1 night stay, you will need 2pcs DAY and 1pc NIGHT parking coupons = Total of Php250.
> Guest should pay and arrange their own parking coupon directly to the cashier office.
> Cashier schedule: 9AM-12NN and 1PM-6PM during weekdays. 9AM-12NN only on Saturday. Closed on Sunday and Holidays. Cashier office located at Tower 1 lobby and claim number.
> Coupons would need to be arranged/purchased in advance if you will need them on Sunday or Holidays since cashier office is closed.
> Please allot time and be there ahead of time to make sure they can accommodate you since they have cut off or may have long queue especially every Saturday or if itâs a Holiday next day.
**Option 2: Purchase on hand coupons from host**
> This has additional service fee of Php10 per parking coupon included on below rate.
> Rates: Day parking (Php60) 6:00am to 1:30am. Night parking (Php160) 1:30am to 6:00am. To cover 1 night stay, you will need 2pcs DAY and 1pc NIGHT parking coupons = Total of Php280.
> IMPORTANT: Inform host BEFORE booking if you will avail from host to confirm availability of on hand coupons. If unable to inform host before booking, host will not be able to provide coupons. Strictly subject for availability.
**Option 3: Pay parking outside condominium**
> Located in front of Alfamart/BDO (just beside condo main gate/entrance).
> No need to buy in advance and can pay directly to parking cashier.
> Guest vehicle can still enter condo to drop off passenger only (do not leave vehicle unattended) then go back outside to park.
Important parking rules:
> Parking coupon is one time use only. If you will leave and return, you need to provide new coupon/s. Please plan accordingly.
> Parking slots are limited and first come, first served basis. If slots are full, guest would need to wait for available slot.
> Parking coupons purchased both inside condo cashier or host are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
