A Fully equipped house with the following comfort: aircondition on both rooms, shower with heater, refregirator, sofa sets, tv, 4 sits dining table, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (1 fully equipped in the extension and 1 can be used as a bar section), washing machine.

We have a community pool which you can pay for a small amount. There is 1 for children and 1 for adults. You can take with you food and beverages by the pool. If you wish to make it more personalized; why not having a barbecue inside the pool area?! There is a videoke too.

Allowed maximum people in the house is 4 - this is restricted. Cleanliness is very important to maintain the standard comfort living. Trashbins should be use with trashbags ON.
AIRCON - should be OFF if guests are not around and so as the electric fans.

Filipino street food is highly recommended like different types of lugaw, tokwa't baboy goto, barbecues, balot (why not!) Banana cues. In the morning or during the day, there are vendors roaming around the community selling local bananas, taho (my all time favorite - it's a warm local yoghurt type with syrup with jellies and warm pandesal - a typical filipino bread for breakfast. You can choose from regular pandesal with no special ingredients or Malunggay flavor (Moringa in English)
Philippines has a wide variety of shopping from local products to imported. My place is just 5 min away from huge shopping malls such as SM fairview, Robinsons place and FAIRVIEW terraces
Restaurants are all over the place

Jeepney, FX, bus or taxi is the most common source of vehicle when travelling around. The best way to learn the culture and experiencing locals is to live like a local. If you wish to rent your own car; you can always park your car in front of the house for FREE
From the airport without traffic it takes approximately 1 hour to my place.
