The location of the property is very convenient to the places we wanted to visit during our 3 nights stay. We were able to walk around the Rizal Park, the 3 Museums, Intramuros, etc. I asked the front desk staff about local tour recommendations for tourists but they didn’t seem to know anything. They have a concierge desk but unattended. We just relied on Google. The 24hour spa for massage across the street was great! The mall is walking distance too. We felt safe and comfortable. The room was clean with a nice view of the city. There’s water dispenser on every floor. Our family suite amenities met our expectations. The breakfast buffet (included in our reservation) was a hit! The food selections and quality were on point. The restaurant manager and staff were very attentive to guests. The room was clean with comfortable beds. A swimming pool would make this property on top of our places to stay in Manila.

Great Hotel i recommend 100%

Really great hotel with a fantastic breakfast Buffett that any American will love. The A/C worked great, the rooms were clean, the building was safe and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel over most others in Manila. And no deposit demands! The hotel Dinner menu was very good and enjoyable. We will be coming back soon!
