The air conditioner was loud like a vacuum cleaner. The shower heads was broken. The toilet was broken- running and wasting water all night. The bidet was broken and leaking water all over the floor. I've stayed at Hotel 101 about 6 times over the last 10 years. The quality has really gone down.

Hotel 101 is a nice medium priced hotel in a good location. Staff are 100%, rooms are well appointed and I liked the kettle/kitchenette with microwave. I’ve stayed there before and I would stay again

We stayed on the 8th floor and some of the floor tiles were broken and taped over with clear tape and the wall paper was starting to curl up at the seams and some of those areas where taped over to it just kind of have the property a bad look but for the most part it is a wonderful hotel to stay in

The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location is walkable to a big mall (Mall of Asia) so there are lots of food services and shopping to do. The building is dated and unfortunately the TV was not working. Personally, it is a good place to stay for one night (waiting to fly out of the country) as it is close to the airport and mall and price is reasonable.

It was walking distance from the mall and the swimming pool was managed well. Looks like there were some condensation/water damage on the walls, ceiling and wall papers but it was over all very clean. Lovely staff and the front of house has a good attitude. They did such a great job dealing with one of the grumpy customer.

Great location for visiting the mall of asia, staff are very nice, front desk staff are a little dry. I have visited here every year for the last four years, because of its location near M.O.A. and the airport. The rooms are small, but they have what you need, a/c, hot water, comfortable bed, microwave, and a little fridge. The rooms are clean, but are showing some age.

my wife had to pay extra for a stain towel , really ?!! towel is often get dirty and other hotels will just wash it no problem .. thats fine but they have to include that in their hotel policy that whoever use towels and out a stain on it must pay so there's no surprises on some cutomers end .. much like a hidden fee , so im not happy about it ..
