My recent stay at Solaire Hotel & Casino in Manila was generally smooth. The check-in process was efficient and everything went well. However, the service at the restaurant was noticeably slow, which pushed me to escalate the issue. I filed a complaint with the duty manager at the time, and she was very cooperative and handled the matter professionally. Still, compared to my previous stay, the overall hotel standards and service quality have clearly declined during this visit.

This hotel must major target Asian customers. The size of slipper in the hotel is super small. My husband is Canadian. He is not even 6 feet yet. He is 5 f 10. The slipper can only cover 2/3 of his feet. The hotel does have some reward programs but it is so confused. Lack of explanation when you check in. Too late to find it out.

Casino, the room, the staff were great. I just did not like the part when I asked if I can get points in my Solaire card for the 2 rooms I reserved and paid for through hotels.com, the front desk person said no because those were booked through 3rd party. I really think they should still honor the reservations as way to earn points because at the end of they day, Solaire gets paid for those reservations.
