Rest assured we are cleaning & sanitizing the unit every booking as we value our guest's health & safety. We also use fog machine to disinfect the whole unit!
The space
This is composed of 3 private separate units with total of 5 bedrooms.
Unit 1 - Whitehouse (2nd floor) - bedroom 1 and 2
Unit 2 - Madera (2nd floor) - bedroom 3 and 4
Unit 3 - Grayhouse (1st floor) - bedroom 5
Guests can easily go to each units since they are just located in 1 area.
Update as of May 6, 2023: There is a brand new split type aircon (newly installed) in the living area of Unit 1 (Whitehouse) available for use for an additional fee of ₱800/night.
Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
Checkout time: On or before 11:00 AM
Each unit has SMART TV that has Netflix and YouTube apps.
Unlimited PLDT internet connection with up to 150mbps. Its shared network and router is located outside this unit.
** UNITS:
UNIT 1: WHITEHOUSE
- It has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 & 2 has open window divider that is enclosed with curtains (see photo #11 and #20). Only bedroom 1 has aircon and bedroom 2 is fan only but guest can also tie the curtains so that aircon from bedroom 1 can flow through the window and 2 rooms will be fully airconditioned.

UNIT 2: MADERA
- It has 2 bedrooms and no living area and flooring is made of woods. Bedroom 3 is what you will see upon entering the unit. It has double sized bed, aircon and SMART TV facing the bed. Bedroom 4 has double bed and single bed, wardrobe and brand new aircon. Both bedrooms in this unit has its own aircon.

UNIT 3: GRAYHOUSE
- It has 1 bedroom (bedroom 5) and no living area. A fully air-conditioned unit with 1HP Split type air-condition.

** IMPORTANT NOTES:
> For 6 guests below, we will only open bedroom 1 in Unit 1 (Whitehouse) and bedroom 3 in Unit 2 (Madera) and bedroom 5 in Unit 3 (Grayhouse). Bedroom 2 and 4 will be closed.
> For 7-8 guests, we will open bedroom 1 and 2 in Unit 1 (Whitehouse), bedroom 3 in Unit 2 (Madera) and bedroom 5 in Unit 3 (Grayhouse). Bedroom 4 will be closed.
> For 9 guests, we will open bedroom 1 and 2 in Unit 1 (Whitehouse), bedroom 3 in Unit 2 (Madera) and bedroom 5 in Unit 3 (Grayhouse). Bedroom 4 will be closed. And single floor mattress will be provided.
> For 10-11 guests, we will open all 5 bedrooms.
> For 12-14 guests, we will open all 5 bedrooms with additional 1 queen floor mattress, 2 pillows and 1 blanket.
> For 15 guests and up, we will open all 5 bedrooms with additional 1 queen floor mattress, 1 single floor mattress, 3 pillows and 1 blankets. Guests can sneak in bed or bring their own mattress/pillows/blankets.
** KITCHEN:
Light cooking is allowed, and basic dining utensils are provided.
Each unit has microwave, oven toaster, induction/gas/electric stove, 1 pan, electric water kettle, mini refrigerator (refrigerator in Whitehouse), and rice cooker.
** COMFORT ROOM:
Total of 3 bathrooms. Each unit has 1 bathroom with shower and bidet. Grayhouse unit has shower heater.
We provide starter toiletries such as:
- 3pcs sachet for: soap, shampoo, toothpaste.
- 3pcs tissue
- towels based on number of guest but max of 11 towels only. 12th guests onwards must bring their own towels and blankets.
Clothes iron will be available upon request.
We have minibar located in the hallway where you can purchase/order some snack, drinks, beers, coffee, face masks, mineral water, rice and more. (Subject for availability)
Please treat it as your personal home and to maintain our low pricing, please conserve electricity, water and maintain the cleanliness. Hallway is monitored by CCTV.
** BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Each guest would need to provide valid government-issued ID (local guests) or copy of your passport (foreigners) and fill-out our online travel & health declaration form upon booking.
** PARKING:
1. For 1 motorcycle or bicycle, guest can park in our hallway for free (gated).
2. For small vehicle, there is a street parking just in front of our house for free.
3. Pay parking in vacant lot near the unit. Guest must check with caretaker there. More or less ₱50/night fee.
**Note: Parking slot is subject for availability. Park at your own risk & first come first serve basis.**
** OTHERS (Add-on):
For rent: Brand new 1 JBL PartyBox On-The-Go with 1 JBL Wireless Microphone for ₱600 per night.
> Connect to JBL PartyBox Speaker via Bluetooth by using your personal mobile, tablet or laptop and steam your favorite Karaoke playlist in YouTube, then get on the mic and enjoy your karaoke with friends!
> Usage until 11:00PM only and can resume at 7:00AM next day. Return time at 10:00AM. Must be used inside the unit only.
> Security Deposit: ₱500. Additional microphone: ₱150.
> Contract will be provided upon check-in.
> Subject for availability. Must inform your host before booking if you will avail to ensure slot/availability.
