The hotel was really nice and super clean, which I appreciated right away. The concierge and restaurant staffs were amazing!! Super friendly and always ready to help. The only downside was the front desk staffs, they weren’t very warm or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing. A simple smile would’ve made a big difference! The location was great though. It is close to everything I needed. Overall, a good stay and I’d consider coming back

Guest on adjacent room was too noisy! Complained was lodged with the reception around 11pm and only actioned 2 hours later after follow up. Hence the 3 stars on staff service.

I like the property. It helps a lot when you have a hotel that offers complimetary shuttle to MOA. Huge shout-out to the guard (AM shift last 7/24/2025)i forgot to ask his name. And the lady guard also my wife said was so accommodating. One thing i noticed are the guards😊 they are awesome. Front desk? they never say nothin’. They don’t even say hi or greet you. They don’t even say thank you, or have a great day etc.. i mean, i don’t really mind but you know you gotta show your guest your appreciation.

3 day family trip.

We had a three-day family stay, and we were really impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff at all times. We actually arrived early as our flight was in the morning and as our room wasn't ready, the receptionist offered us another room as good if not better as there were a few additions, including a coffee machine. We had breakfast included in our booking and it was very nice with ample selections for any taste. There is a shuttle bus to MOA, which is nearby and was very handy as we went there every day. An enjoyable stay at the hotel, and if in Manila again, we may well stay there again.

There was a Seward smell coming from the beach . The water in the shower is slow draining. If you take a shower for a longtime the water will overflow outside the shower area. There is only half of the door in the shower.

We stayed at the TRYP for one night. We felt it was good value. It was a pretty good hotel for a reasonable price. The place was neat and functional. Room was quite sizeable. Service was solid. On the downside, they could use more parking (but there are 3rd party garages nearby).
