We enjoyed our stay in The Charter House, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and the family room was spacious. The hotel is close to Greenbelt 5 and to other shopping malls like Landmark, Glorietta and SM. Special thanks to their acting manager Lou for fixing the issue with the airport shuttle service that we rented that didn’t come, she provided us with another transportation on our last day in Philippines.

I thought the property needs updating. There's a funny smell in the room. The hot water was not constant. I like that they have a kettle and instant coffee. The beds are clean.

The sink was clogged, the room smelled bad, but the staff were excellent and the restaurant food were good. Convenient location though, greenbelt’s just accross, bank was just steps away, hair salon and laundry were just steps away as well.

The minuet we walked in the door , the security guards were pleasant and so were the reception staff were brilliant. the reception area was nice and clean and there where lots of seating. going to the room in the lift very clean, thew room was nice and well made up. Going for breakfast everyday was a pleasure made all the more enjoyable by the friendly staff, we really enjoyed our self and would recoment to anybody to stay there.

Great location, across from Greenbelt in Makati.

It’s walkable, about seven minutes, to a 24 hour McDonald’s and The Sunday Market @ Legazpi Village, which is a farmers market that sells food & items from different vendors only on Sunday mornings. WiFi was weak when I was trying to download the Grab app, but front desk helped me get a ride to the airport. The location and the price are reasons I would book here again @ The Charter House.

A hidden gem. Great value for the money. It is an old property that's been renovated. The room is big with a separate bedroom, done in the 60s style. None of the usual hotel accoutrements, but clean and comfortable.

Very convenient for transport, shopping. In the beginning we tried a lot of nearby restaurants but always end up having dinner in the 2nd floor restaurant. This hotel is truly a gem in makati. Keep up the good work
