That's room was very tidy and clean, the staff was excellent. The amenities were very nice. Overall, the hotel was extremely nice and close to shopping which is always a plus. The only negative thing is the busy street.

A 4 star trying to gain 5 star, needs a lot of improvement to get there. The people/staff, all friendly and helpful. The rooms and furnishings are quite old, albeit there are renovations underway... The renovated rooms are considerably higher in price. The menus are ok, the actual food is just ok. Breakfast buffet is good, needs to include some western breakfast meats - otherwise, fairly nice options available.

Purely selected for a stay over due to a connecting flight. You can see what was once a really grand hotel when you enter. Check in was fine other than they could not find my booking…booked in March. Some rooms have been updated, but the Deluxe room we had is dated. The area around is chaotic, but this is Manila. Shopping mall nearby that has most of what you may need. Singer was on…pretty good, and bar prices average. Breakfast on the other hand was superb! Freshly made to order egg combos, plus so many others dishes to choose from. For what we paid, worth it.

We stay at the Heritage every time we come to Manila. Close to the airport,shopping malls and eateries. All staff are friendly and most helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. We will be back mid January and I am certain we will stay here again for a night or two.
