Stayed in the undated Junior Suite. Smaller than the older style I remember but super comfortable and spacious. Everyone was amazingly friendly from Room Service to the Front Desk ladies to the Restaurant workers. My favourite hotel in Philippines. My 3rd stay here.

Everyone at the Heritage were kind and courteous. The surprise upgrade made our stay even better. The food was good too! We ordered pizza and pancit. So good to eat and share. We hosted family for NYE and got a great view of the New Year’s fireworks world. Thanks for the memorable stay. We’ll be back the next time we come to Manila.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Initially I was given a room that had issue, and I was immediately moved to another room that was great. The evening complementary (club) food and drink was a pleasant surprise, and the breakfast was outstanding. The free shuttle to the Mall of Asia was an added bonus that I was happy to utilize. I’d have no hesitation recommending this hotel, and I’d gladly return on my next visit to Manila.
