That's room was very tidy and clean, the staff was excellent. The amenities were very nice. Overall, the hotel was extremely nice and close to shopping which is always a plus. The only negative thing is the busy street.

A 4 star trying to gain 5 star, needs a lot of improvement to get there. The people/staff, all friendly and helpful. The rooms and furnishings are quite old, albeit there are renovations underway... The renovated rooms are considerably higher in price. The menus are ok, the actual food is just ok. Breakfast buffet is good, needs to include some western breakfast meats - otherwise, fairly nice options available.

I have got to say, eventhough the aeroplanes fly directly overhead at a low level, you cannot hear them at all, it has very good sound insulation. The bathroom was a bit old and looked it but everything else was very good
