The bathroom ceiling and walls seemed to have black marks not sure if it was mold or mildew. and the window unit seemed outdated very loud when on and needed a good wipe down which due to the dust, It caused me to sneeze repeatedly until I cleaned it myself. I was able to take photos of both if needed. That was the only minor issue that I came across. The staff here were amazing and helpful at times. Location is decent for business travel or long stays if needed and is in good walking distance to restaurant/bars.

The location is excellent and the bell hops and guards are very friendly. However, the hotel could use a deep cleaning especially of the bathrooms. The shower is hard to turn on/off and there was a lot of mold present. Floors were dirty so hotel slippers had to be used the whole time even around the bed. Lighting is dim and bulbs could be changed.

Initially, the property appeared to be satisfactory. However, I encountered several issues, including the absence of hot water and difficulty operating the shower valves. In the hopes of obtaining rest after a protracted week of travel between islands, my one-day stay at this property was highly unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the audacity of the front desk to summon staff for a walkthrough prior to my departure was highly offensive. I was astounded because my inquiry was why no walkthrough had been conducted to ascertain the absence of discrepancies before check-in?
