Modern, comfortable hotel on El Cable área of Manizales. No frills but adequatley furnished rooms and bathrooms. Clean and quiet . Hotel provides a nice buffet breakfast. On site covered parking. Hotel provides all day dining options but does not have a bar, although area near hotel has many dining/ bar options. Walk to nearby mall or just few minutes drive from Milán night life. Traveled with our dog who had a great time-hotel requires proof of vacinations and daily rate is a little high for pets, Strangely Manizales does not have big hotel brands so this is a good option for *** hotel.

I have to judge a place based on the sleep I get... And I am writing this review in the middle of the night, so it is not going well. First, the rooms get baked by sun all day, but the windows barely open and there is no AC, so you also have to stay in a hot uncomfortable room all night. Don't expect to sleep well. Second the bed is hard and uncomfortable. And sleeping with a window open is impossible because it the city noise. Third, it is not clean. Just have a look at the area next to the mini fridge, or the curtain. It is truely disgusting, and has never been cleaned - pictures attached. Fourth, the room has no lighting, broken lamps, and old furniture. It's embarassing for an Estelar property - pictures attached. The bathroom fan also makes the most horrible grinding noise. Fifth, the wifi. It's only 1.5MB/s. Totally unusable for work, calls, or video. Speedtest attached. Sixth, there's an iron but no ironing board in the room. This is stressful on a busy morning. I can't believe I paid so much much money for such a misleading and disappointing hotel. I can only hope that the coffee is good tomorrow, because I will need it after this terrible sleep.

Beds are as hard as a rock. Front desk staff was serious and dry. Great service during breakfast. A/C controls are for decoration. You cannot adjust the temperature, only the fan speed.

Standard business hotel in poor location

This is a standard business hotel. Poor location and neighborhood, not close to restaurant, very little walkability. Good staff. The facilities are average. Lighting in rooms is poor. Lamp did not work. Internet difficult to access. Ovrall very average hotel although the staff is very good and rooms are clean.
