Reservation made in August for December for two rooms. Only one room reserved. 2nd room provided but at a higher rate. Mattress and pillows were extremely hard. Our stay was not enjoyable.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The pool was clean. Breakfast was satisfactory if you're going for cereal or bread products. The eggs were in bags to microwave and did not look appetizing. Our room was on the top floor, closest to the interstate. It was very loud when trucks would drive by. Turned the fan on for white noise. It helped a little, but rough night's sleep. Our shower drain was clogged. The water was up to our ankles by the time the shower was over. I was told by a staff member that the drains get slow when they are busy. I only half believe that because my two sons took showers around 7:30-8pm and I can't imagine that the hotel was full at that point or that everyone was taking a shower at the same time. It eventually drained, but took a long time.

Shannon at checkin was very pleasant. I’ve stayed here before and found my room this time to be not quite as good. There was a musty odor when I entered to room. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was more noise from the highway. Next time, I would request a second floor room at the end farthest from the highway.
