Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay being right on the water. Walking distance was such a nice view. The location was perfect because with wasn’t far from where I live. The directions was easy to get to. The home was so beautiful.

Kayaks included in the rental made getting on the lake super easy. It was a beautiful, peaceful trip in a secluded neighborhood. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, etc.

Location was great. House was nice. Only thing was the cob webs around the house could stand to be cleaned and shower curtain needed to be changed. The clear shower curtain was stained brown at the bottom. I would stay again as those was minor things.

Great house with dock

We loved the house and being able to dock our boat all week was great. Public boat ramp right across the cove so it was only a couple mins by boat to house. Very quiet neighborhood and all the people in the area were friendly and welcoming. We did not realize that the garage was not accessible and that made unpacking the truck with a weeks work of cloths and food a little more difficult.

A quiet stay at Kerr Lake

The house was spacious and comfortable. We had a nice view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped. Access to cable tv and internet was excellent. It was easy to access our favorite sporting events. The check out instructions were very simple. The set up of the house and amenities made our stay enjoyable.

Fairly nice with a few quirks

I enjoyed my time, property is located really close to neighbors so not as much privacy as i’d like. Several lights in the house were buggy or just didn’t work. Other than those nitpicks: house was very clean, easy access to the lake, kayaks were nice for fishing or just puttering along the lakeside.

Perfect Retreat!

Beautiful house with large, well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas and 2 large bedrooms. Perfect for 2 couples /- 2 kids. Very comfortable and convenient! There were even a few games, which we really enjoy! The host, Pam, is very responsive. We would come back!

Fantastic Stay at a Beautiful Lake House

We had an amazing time staying at this lovely lake house! The house was well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The quiet and peaceful area provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. We were also lucky enough to have great weather, which allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings. The only thing we wished for was an outdoor grill, as it would have been great for enjoying meals outside. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d love to return again in the future!

Fantastic Lake Stay

Just as described in their listing, this beautiful home on the lake was a perfect spot for our small family to enjoy a peaceful getaway. We loved the natural surroundings of the lake spot and spent the majority of our stay in the water and enjoying quiet hikes nearby. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to enjoy this quiet place. The house had all the amenities described and was very comfortable.

Ask about lake levels

Great property, very clean, beautiful view from windows in living room. If you plan on swimming from the dock or bringing your boat, make sure and ask about lake levels (or do your own research before you arrive) as the lake water level was so low when we went, the dock was not even in the water. Obviously no fault to the owner, but would be good to know before arriving to set expectations.

Overall we had a wonderful time on the lake. The house needs some thorough maintenance as in fridge cleaning, gutters and the rotting smell which seemed to come from the garage or shrub area. And it needs a grill! We'd stay again but would be better prepared.
