Located less than a quarter mile from the entrance to the state ORV trails this private cabin is a riders dream. Just a few miles north of Lake City you will find this amazing home outfitted with everything you need to enjoy a fun vacation no matter the season. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, clean sheets, and great closet capacity. Bring your friends and family as this place has plenty of space. Additionally, you will find 2 stunning bathrooms with walk in custom showers, a spacious living room with a smart tv and wood stove, and a large brand new kitchen with all your cooking essentials. Finally, washer and dryer in a large mudroom with hooks for all your gear completes this gorgeous interior equipped with wifi and central heating and cooling. The exterior is just as exciting with a large deck and seating off the back porch which is home to a propane grill and outdoor stone fireplace plus a firepit in the yard. Plenty of space on 10 private acres to explore the woods. Ample parking for trailers/campers plus wrap around driveway for easy maneuvering. Plenty to do without leaving the area or enjoy a day at Lake Missaukee just 10 minutes away, or take a day to explore Traverse City just 35 miles north. Your next vacation starts here!

Wonderful location, wonderful stay!
This is a gem of northern Michigan - the house and everything in it is perfect (with some fun surprises). The location was great, though the neighbors don’t seem to be thrilled that the rental is here based on the signage at the property edge. That doesn’t take anything at all away from what is a perfect spot - we went skiing at Caberfae Peaks and loved this as the base of our weekend of connecting for laughter with the family. The amenities in the kitchen are great, though it would be good to encourage folks to use the griddle on the stove for eggs, etc, as the cookware provided is not non stick. Once we switched to the built in griddle, everything was just right. While we were there, temps were in the teens - a high of 25 with most of the day in the teens. We were completely comfortable - the house is cozy and warm throughout, really well done!! We hope to return for more time in the future!

This is the perfect getaway spot. Very nice home that is off the beaten path, quiet and secluded, beautiful outdoor scenery, and stocked with just about you can think of. Exactly as described and so much more. Definitely a place I'd go back to and recommend to others.

Hidden Gem!
By far the most beautiful cabin we have ever stayed at! High end everything! Fully equipped with comfortable beds! The property was stunning! Our pups loved walking the property! Best part was the deck with the fireplace! My husband and I wanted to live there! We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!
