While the home embraces open-air living, it also provides security and privacy with keyless entry, walled surroundings, gated access, and a full alarm system. Both bedrooms are enclosed and air-conditioned for your comfort.

👥 Guest Requirements

The primary renter must be 25 years or older due to insurance and property design requirements.

A signed rental agreement (including guest names and ages) and valid photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking.

Only registered guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property.

To ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind, we cannot accommodate children under 5 years old due to the spacing between cable railings. This can pose a fall risk for young children who may try to climb or slip through.

No pets, no smoking and no events.

Quiet hours: 8pm–6am.

$500 security deposit hold required.

Travel insurance required for cancellation coverage.

Guest verification via Truvi prior to arrival.
