The elegant decor and grand kitchen will make you never want to leave! The outdoor area of this home is large and great for gatherings, featuring a hammock, a firepit, a very large ice machine for fishing or margaritas, and an outdoor TV to catch the game from the pool. There is even a fish-cleaning station located on the dock!

This home is just 112 adult steps away from Sombrero Beach, one of the finest beaches in the Florida Keys. Hopping aboard a charter is easy, too; while you're at it, watch for passing dolphins and be sure to snap a few shots of the lovely Florida sunsets. This home is also conveniently close to several great restaurants and plenty of shopping options.

Two paddleboards, two single kayaks, and one double kayak are available.
Four bikes are available.
There is 25 feet of dockage available for guests.
Beach towels are available for guest use.
There are Sonos speakers throughout the house, yard, and back dock.
The pool is heated to 87 degrees. If a higher temperature is requested, there will be an additional daily fee.
Please note that this home has a seven-day rental minimum.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: There is 25 feet of dockage. Owner has his boat on the rest of the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
