Casa Gosia bungalow close to Cabopino

Casa Gosia is a lovely, fully air-conditioned, modernised bungalow available for rental year-round, accommodating up to 5 guests (with one on a sofa bed in the lounge). There are two double bedrooms: the master bedroom with an en suite shower room and a separate family shower room. The fully fitted open-plan kitchen features granite worktops, an electric hob/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. From the lounge, double patio doors open onto the first south-facing terrace, which offers sunbeds, a chill-out corner, and outdoor dining. A safety gate leads down to the next level, where you can enjoy a relaxing jacuzzi—perfect for cooling off in the summer or enjoying a glass of something bubbly in the evening. The third level features a built-in barbecue and dining area. For cooler evenings, the living room has a flat-screen TV with a variety of Spanish and international channels, as well as a fireplace. UK TV channels can be provided upon request and are available for an extra fee.



There is gated private parking, but a car is not necessary, as it is only a 15-minute easy walk to Cabopino port and beaches, as well as a variety of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Several well-known restaurants with beautiful gardens and terraces are just a 5-minute walk away. The bus stop for the regular service between Fuengirola and Marbella is also just 5 minutes away.



This is the perfect house for those who enjoy a beach holiday with added privacy and tranquility. It is also ideal for golfers, as Cabopino Golf Course and numerous other courses in the Elviria, Marbella, and Mijas Costa areas are nearby. The parking space is large enough for an estate car, providing plenty of room for golf clubs, and the jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing after a day on the course.

Bungalow is really nice with plenty of outside space and cool spots for kids also a great big jacuzzi to chill out bungalow really was superb. Yolanda makes everything easy and is really helpful if you need anything I would recommend this place an can’t wait to go back in the future.

The property is clean, modern, has a good sized outside space for relaxing, eating and bbq-ing and hot-tubbing. It's a good 15-20 minutes walk to the beautiful beach which was good exercise. Yolanda (property manager) was great...really helpful . Thanks so much for looking after us. It was a good service and a fabulous experience which we got with you. Pros: We have been coming to Cabopino for years and love it here. This year we had to book last minute and managed to find Casa Gosia to stay in. It's a lovely bungalow, recently renovated (it seemed like we were the first to use some of the appliances) to a modern standard that you don't normally find in Cabopino. The Pros: The property is clean, modern and has a good sized outside space for relaxing, eating, bbq-ing and hot-tubbing. The Cons: It's a good 15-20 minutes walk to the beach which was hard with small children (8 & 5) in the heat. We knew how far away it was before we booked but it did make us think twice about heading out for dinner in the Port some nights as we did not have a car. Also, we underestimated the lack of pool, even though the hot tub/jacuzzi is a pretty good second best. To put this into context, we knew about the downsides when we booked and we were just happy that we could be this close to Cabopino port at such short notice in August. If you're not as bothered by a pool and if you have a car then everything is perfect. Yolanda (property manager) was great...really helpful local knowledge and acted quickly with the minor ailments we had in the house, such as providing a DVD player, putting up blackout curtains in the kids bedroom and showing the kids how to change the TV programmes language into English. Thanks so much for looking after us.

As a retired couple, we were looking for a quiet property on the Costa del Sol within walking distan

Pros: As a retired couple, we were looking for a quiet property on the Costa del Sol within walking distance of the sea and restaurants, and convenient for visits to places along the coast. We were so lucky - this bungalow absolutely hit the spot on all counts! It’s situated in a quiet little residential road, about 10-15 mins walk down to the boardwalk by the beach, and to Cabopino Port. There is ample free parking close to the port for anyone wishing to drive, but we chose to stroll down, leaving our car at the bungalow (which has a secure gated driveway). The property is tastefully decorated and generously equipped to a high standard with everything we needed and more. Much of the equipment seemed brand new. For us, the highlight was the fabulous south-facing terraced garden, with views of the sea over the trees, sun all day long, and an electric awning canopy to provide shade when needed. The half-hourly bus service between Marbella and Fuengirola stops just a couple of hundred metres away. We enjoyed walking the length of the boardwalk along the sea-shore from Cabopino to La Cala, (chiringuitos for refreshments are dotted all along the way), then hopping on the bus back. We only tended to use our car to go food shopping, or to explore a little further afield. Yolanda managed everything superbly, from communication ahead of our visit, rapid response to any queries while we were there, and an efficient checkout when we reluctantly had to leave .... but we hope we’ll be back!

Pros: Maison moderne très bien rénovée et superbement équipée, avec sa cour avant fermée et ses 3 terrasses arrières spacieuses en espalier + le SPA à 37° : Magnifique et relaxant. Accueil de Yolanda en français, sympathique et professionnel. Superbes promenades avec vues sur la mer et les plages d'Artola , en sillonnant les parcours en planche des dunes de sable et sa végétation. (1h de parcours ). Le Port de plaisance de Cabopino et le restaurant " La Despensa " ( Vincent, Noëmi, Hassan qui parle français, très sympas ). Mijas Village et son parcours panoramique à 360°. Marbella et sa vieille ville.

Merci à Yolanda pour son accueil ( en français) et son professionnalisme. A l'arrivée, propreté irréprochable , équipement complet ( cuisine , wifi, linge, mobilier de jardin, jacuzzi ...) , correspondant parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce. Cela fait plusieurs années que nous séjournons dans la région , et c'est le meilleur logement que nous ayons réservé. C'est sur , nous reviendrons avec plaisir. David et Véro

Todo muy comodo, la casa esta toltalmente equipada y reformada, el estupendo jardin con el jacuzzi y la zona muy tranquila es idoneo para el descanso y relax. Tambien se puede ir andando a la playa de Cabo Pino... Asi que podriamos decir que es el sitio perfecto!!! Muchas gracias especialmente a Yolanda por su atencion y profesionalidad.
