- Kitchen: At the entrance, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker (plus an Italian-style one), a kettle, a small freezer, and all the utensils needed to prepare homemade meals. A table for two completes this inviting space, perfect for enjoying your creations.
- Rest area: This space features a comfortable double bed, a two-seater sofa, and a coffee table, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. It includes air conditioning (hot/cold) for your comfort year-round. A glass sliding door leads to a terrace with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy stunning sea views and relax with a drink after exploring the area.
- Bathroom: The bathroom includes a shower with a sliding glass door, a washbasin with storage space, a toilet, and a washing machine available for your use. A hairdryer and iron are also provided for your convenience.
- Terrace: A bright, covered space to enjoy views of the mountains and the urbanisation.
Additional amenities: The Carolina Park urbanisation offers a swimming pool (open May to October, subject to availability and drought-related restrictions), tennis courts, spacious gardens, surveillance, and communal parking (spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis). *We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
* The pool is only open a few months a year. Please check pool availability for your chosen dates. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
