HOUSE RULES• No smoking• No parties allowed• Small pets allowed (Only up to 10 kg for 10€ per day.)• Check-in is anytime from 4 PM to 9 PM.• Late check-in is required to be paid in cash:o From 9 PM to 12 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.o From 12 AM to 5 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.• Check-out is at 11 AM.• Late check-out:o From 11 AM to 1 PM there is an extra charge of 80€.o After 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate may be charged without discounts• Pool heating : additional cost: 30€



PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150

Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

Damage to keys set: € 50

Smoke fee in the property: 300 €

The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.



CANCELLATION POLICYFully refundable 07 days• Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 07 days of arrival day.
