This world tour lodging was freshly renovated a few years ago: modern furniture in typical

tones of the highlighted continents, mixed with natural materials and soft lighting, make this

place comfortable and homely. The long and wide terrace provides a very pleasant and

relaxed space with its large corner lounge and dining areas, ideal to unwind and enjoy

outdoor moments with family and friends.

This bright and large apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 persons (plus a baby). It has 130 m²

and a 22 m² sunny terrace, three bedrooms each one with terrace access, two bathrooms

(one en-suite), a separate guest toilet, a spacious modern and cosy living room, a fully

equipped kitchen and underground parking space.

- Bedroom 1: queen size bed 160 x 200 cm with an en-suite bathroom

- Baby cot and high chair available (bed linen not provided for hygiene reasons)

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hot air oven and

microwave, big fridge with freezer, coffee machine, glass-ceramic cooktop, electric kettle,

toaster and fruit press.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the summer and hot air heating in the

winter. The terrace in its entire length is fitted out with 3 electric awnings with remote

control and a horizontal top manual awning. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds.

We provide bed linen, beach-, bath- and kitchen towels.

Urbanisation

The apartment is located in Altos de los Monteros in the Marbella hills.

The urbanisation is kids friendly with a gated swimming pool and a separate toddler's pool, a

playground, green areas and limited traffic.

The main pool area is fitted with showers and toilets; both pools areas are surrounded by

lovely exotic gardens and equipped with sunbeds and sunshades.

The complex offers the most discerning client tranquillity, privacy and comfort, yet only 3

minutes away from the nearest restaurant Hacienda Monte Marina and riding club, at a 6

minute-drive from the nearest supermarket, beach & golf courses and 10 minutes away from

restaurants, shops, more sandy beaches, nightlife, pharmacies, major banks and the heart of

lively and cosmopolitan Marbella.

Marbella does not only offer beautiful sandy beaches, but also an authentic old town centre.

From Marbella, you can walk along the seaside on beautiful walkways to Puerto Banús, the

most prestigious marina of the Mediterranean.

If you are a passionate golfer, this is the perfect place! There are numerous well-known golf

courses in the immediate vicinity and also a tennis club.

The Costa del Sol Hospital is just downhill (5 minutes) and the shopping mall "La Cañada" is

10 minutes away. It takes approximately 45 minutes to get to Malaga airport.
