In one of the best positions of the entire coast, our fabulous Penthouse apartment has stunning views over Marbella Marina and the beach which is a few paces from the front door. Great views even when sitting in the living/dining room and from the kitchen, and both bathrooms. You will see fabulous sunrises and sunsets and Gibraltar and North Africa often appear so close. There are equally stunning views to the mountains from the master bedroom.
Beautiful 'Old Town Marbella' and Orange Square with its wonderful shopping is 4 or five minute stroll away. You can walk along the coast to Puerto Banus along the marble Paseo Maritimo right outside our door and there are countless lovely Restaurants everywhere. The Sky Blue ferry (opposite the apartment) runs regularly between Marbella and Puerto Banus.
We offer a private parking space with lift access directly to apartment door but of course you don't need a car as you can walk everywhere!
We have recliner chairs with cushions and table for use on the terrace. There is sunshine all day. During the winter months the sun is lower in the sky and fills the living room with sun with is wonderful for relaxing and sunbathing, half in the room half on the terrace. In the summer it is higher so is only on the terrace, which keeps the apartment much cooler!
The Air con/Heater is operated by a coin in the slot system which costs 1 euro for 4 hours. It is obviously more than this to run but it is designed to make guests aware of not leaving it running with all the and doors open which would break the machine. With windows on all three sides the lovely sea breezes mean air con is not usually needed. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
The beach is so pretty and clean and lovely for swimming, that a pool is not necessary. Most pools in Spain are not heated so have limited use. It is perfect for little children as it is a cove created by the Marina breakwater so has much calmer water than elsewhere and is very shallow at the edges. It is also fabulous for proper swimming for adults!
There is a lovely children's play area on the beach and two restaurants on the sand, serving food and drink to you on beach loungers if you wish.
Our beautiful cove beach is less than 30 seconds from the Front Door with beach beds/parasols and restaurants. You can also take your towel (Please bring your own Beachtowel as we don't supply them) and lie on the sand. Yoga and TaiChi are practiced regularly outside apartment. Many more beaches and beach bars are easily accessed by walking along the Paseo (or the beach of course) in either direction.
Between December and April there is great skiing 2.5 hours away in the Sierra Nevada or visit Granada and the Alhambra Palace. You can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon! . All equipment can be hired on arrival or pre-booked on internet. A perfect day trip and even night skiing!


Distances:
Puerto Banus about 10 minutes, Old Spanish town of Estepona 25 minutes. Gibraltar (Duty Free) 50 minutes. Only 15 minutes drive inland will take you to beautiful white villages such as Ojen, Monda and Cesares Its a 40 minutes drive to Ronda where you can see the oldest Bull Ring in Spain. Beautiful Mijas is about 30 minutes.
Things to do:
You must go to the famous outdoor markets of Marbella (Monday) San Pedro (Wednesday) and Puerto Banus Bullring (Saturday). Selvo Safari Park 15 minutes. The water park at Benalmadena (10 minutes) is a favourite for the kids. Also Go Karting. There is even hot air Ballooning across Andalucia! Numerous banks on Ave Ricardo Soriano (2 minutes behind us) together with all the designer shops!! Spanish Tapas bars are everywhere! Try a day trip to Morocco from Gibraltar!

Awesome condo - location is perfect, views are amazing, condo is clean and as nice as in the pictures. The owners Peta and Henry are super nice and friendly. The property manager is fantastic - she arranged someone to pick us up at Malaga airport and dropped us off herself for departure. Wonderful lady. Loved our 3 week stay!!

High Life in Marbella
We are regular visitors to Marbella but this was our first stay in this beachfront top floor apartment. Everything was as described with good communication with very informative owners and links to a local contact for any immediate needs. Stunning views and great sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by. It is a prime spot on seafront but it can be noisy till early hours of the morning but there is aircon so closing doors/windows means noise is barely audible and rooms remain as cool as you would like. Another enjoyable stay in Marbella - we would be happy to rent again.

The apartment superseded my expectations. The views from the apartment are stunning and the location is perfect. You can be on the beach in 2 minutes and in the ‘Old town’ in 10 minutes. Apartment is large enough for a family. I will be coming here again!

What a wonderful place and location.
Clean and convenient. Perfect for a family of 4 the terraces are stunning morning and night. We rented another place one building over as well for my in-laws. Close to beach and old town. It was perfect. Had a little ant problem but there was some spray and they didn’t come back. I think it’s was raining a lot and they were coming in through bathroom. I sprayed and they were gone!! Really a beautiful place and location couldn’t be better. Thank you for the wonderful stay

You can't beat the view!!
Excellent communication with host. Incredible location, albeit noisy all hours of the day. Unparalleled views. Easy access to restaurants, services, pharmacies, gyms, groceries & Old Town. The best Gelato in the world is just west on the Paseo--Gioelia--amazing. The property itself is a bit tired, a good clearing out in the kitchen, deep cleaning overall, nice towels & bedding would put this place over the top. That said, the photos are an excellent representation of what you see every day--after a month living there, we would have to say, the best spot on the Paseo.
