There is also a fully equipped gym to be used in the same building, completely free of charge. This 24hr secure and gated complex set in the heart of the Golden Mile, is a two-minute walk to the shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, golf and a host of leisure facilities; all within very easy reach.
The apartment comprises an open lounge, kitchen and dining area, with new furniture and appliances throughout. The entire space is light and open, perfect for socialising and relaxing with family on the comfy sofas and armchairs, or in the dining area with views to the sea. The hallway takes you the master bedroom with king size bed and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In the lounge youâll find a brand-new flat screen TV with the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 300mb and unlimited downloads.
The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family-run business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive top-notch service and an unforgettable experience.
For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay at an additional cost. We also offer maid services and can organise catering within the property.

Die Wohnung liegt in der nĂ€he der Altstadt. FuĂweg ca. 30 min. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.
Einziger Minuspunkt war die Ausstattung. Drei GlĂ€ser und drei Tassen auch Besteck sollte nachgelegt werden. Sonst ist die SpĂŒlmaschine im Dauereinsatz.
Die GröĂe der Wohnung mit 110 mÂČ ist zu groĂ angegeben. Diese passt nur wenn man die Dachterrasse mit einbezieht was nicht korrekt wĂ€re.
Man hat lediglich einen Wohn-Essraum mit Schlafcouch, ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein Mini-Bad. Dann einen Aufgang zur Dachterrasse. Ich wĂŒrde die Wohnung auf 55-65 mÂČ schĂ€tzen.
Die Erreichbarkeit und Betreuung durch Emilie war super.
