VILLA DESCRIPTION:
This is a simply stunning 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa located beachside of San Pedro de Alcantara.
Set in tropical gardens, you can enjoy the dining terrace area with BBQ, lounging on the comfy sofa area at the bottom of the garden or simply enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the ample gardens and private pool. There is also a table tennis area if you enjoy ball sports.
This spacious villa is set over three floors with a large lounge, dining area and open plan kitchen upon entry. There is high speed fibre optic internet throughout, with a flat screen TV on the entry level that has UK and International channels, including Sports, Movies, Music and NETFLIX. There is also air conditioning throughout and heating for the cooler winter months. On the same level there is also a fully fitted kitchen, entrance WC and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
As you walk outside, you lead onto the spacious terrace dining area with BBQ and small lounge area where you can enjoy views of the garden and pool. The pool can be heated through the winter months, surcharge applicable.
On the upper level of the villa you will find the spacious and light master bedroom with king-sized bed, en-suite wet room style bathroom and walk in wardrobe area, along with a nice balcony to enjoy those summer evenings. There are also two twin bedrooms with a family sized bathroom on this level.
The large basement consists of another double bedroom, family bathroom, and our recently renovated games room with bar, pool table and large flat screen TV to enjoy in the evenings. You can enjoy UK TV, various sports channels, NETFLIX and other International TV channels including French, Russian, Spanish and German.
The location of this villa is simply perfect for families and friends who love to walk to restaurants, bars and all of the amenities that San Pedro de Alcantara has to offer right on the door step.
The nearest convenience store and bakery is only 250 meters away and the nearest restaurant is 50 meters from the villa. The beach is also a very comfortable flat walk at only 800 meters away.
The villa has everything you need for a fantastic holiday in the San Pedro/Marbella areea.

Amazing Villa

This villa is amazing! The location is great, amenities within the villa are great for all ages! Gemma the host was brilliant and helped us with anything we needed. She also provided snacks and drinks for us on our arrival which was the best thing for our group after a long journey of travel! I couldn’t recommend the villa enough and especially for the price!!

Lovely property in a great location

Six of us spent 2 weeks at this great location. With a party of ages from 22 to 55 there was planty to ocupy us and we spent some great evenings playing pool and watching the large screen TV as well as sitting on the terrace watching the sun go down over the mountains.There are so many resturants and bars within 10-15 mins walk and Marbella is only a short drive away.We had 2 cars and there was enough space inside the gate for both.The welcome pack was gratefully received and saved us the rush to the shops on arrival just to have a cuppa.Thank you.

Perfect vacation

My family and I stayed for a week in August for my son’s 21st. The villa was absolutely perfect in every way, we even baked a birthday cake! The layout is great for a mixed group like ours. My son and his girlfriend had the whole self contained basement with lots of space and their own privacy. We had a flight ‘hiccup’ on the final day and Gemma helped massively by seamlessly enabling us to rent the villa for an extra night. Gemma also booked taxis for us during our stay… she’s amazing! Don’t hesitate to book this amazing villa with an amazing property manager!

Amazing villa with all the amenities you could wish for

We went on a girlie break for a long weekend. There were only four of us so we had so much space more than a bathroom each! The villa was amazing very spacious and fitted with lots of mod cons. Pool and garden area were beautiful we spent most of our time relaxing by the pool. Gemma was very friendly and helpful on arrival. The villa is located in a quiet area with a short walk to the beach. We couldn't find the busy lively part of San Pedro so we headed to Puerto Banus and Marbella on an evening using Uber taxis to get us there and back. All in all this was an amazing holiday and I would highly recommend this villa to groups and families.

Arrived to find the pool was not fit to swim in. It certainly wasn’t as advertised in the sales photos. We had to wait over three days whilst the pool men tried to get the pool looking like the pools in neighbouring properties. It appeared that the property had not been made ready for habitation by guests in advance of our stay. The gardens had only been given a brief amount of attention prior to our stay with the gardener turning up for three hours to cut the hedges and lawns one of the stay days. Some areas needed a good clean particularly the outside table on the terrace. The sunbathing area I had to sweep before we could sunbathe. Attention to detail was lacking. We had to buy our own toilet rolls and bin liners for example. At a five star price tag for a week we didn’t get five star attention to detail I’m afraid. It seemed we we’re probably maybe the first early guests of the season hence the property was not necessarily up to speed so to speak with evidence of certain insects present maybe a sign the property may have been empty for a while.

Brilliant property, close enough to restaurants, shops and beach.

Excellent welcome from Gemma. And available for the week - not that we needed anything resolving. Great property with all you need. We were 9 and so much space inside to make sure all were relaxed. Outside space perfect; pool, beds, seating area and terrace is where we spent most of our time. 10 mins flat walk one way and you’re on the boulevard, with bars and restaurants. 15 mins the other way and you’re at the beach. All of San Pedro has really improved. Same quality as Marbella but much easier to park and much better value. Couldn’t recommended the place enough.

Great location, gorgeous pool

Villa is situated in a quiet road on the western outskirts of San Pedro. 10 minute walk to the magnificent promenade & 5 minutes to the shops & restaurants of this vibrant town. Just 1 street away is a lovely bakery ( selling 5 freshly baked croissants for 1 Euro ! ) plus a small Spar shop & 2 very traditional Spanish bars. Although we did have a hire car there were several days when it didn’t leave the driveway as we had all we needed within walking distance. We did venture out to Puerto Banus which was only 10 minutes away & Marbella, a further 10. Villa was a good size with plenty of space for our party of 6. Lots of storage space in each of the bedrooms & a lovely little balcony off the main bedroom which we enjoyed sitting out on watching the sunset. Pool & garden were very well maintained & there is a great sun terrace where we spent most afternoons - there were several umbrellas for members of the family that preferred the shade ! Most of our meals were eaten at the large table on the terrace at the rear of the villa overlooking the pool. It was shaded from the sun for most of the day so got a lot of use. Would recommend this villa for families or groups of adults looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty of amenities close by.
